The houses are beautiful and well stocked. We really appreciated how much cookware and serving wear and dinnerware there was in the kitchen. And the towels were high-quality and the beds very comfortable. Beautiful views from these properties and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wow, these homes are brand new, beautifully decorated and had all needed for our extended family of 22 vacation. Fully furnished balconies with great mountain views, we even saw hot air balloons! Homes had high chairs, pack n plays, fully stocked laundry room and kitchen- plenty of dishes, pans, drawers full of utensils, coffee makers, leftover containers. There’s an office study room. All upstairs bedrooms have TVs and own bathrooms. These guys thought of everything! You can order groceries from the Smith’s down the street and have them on your doorstep in a couple of hours. The downstairs was a kids dream with 2 bunk rooms, play area with comfy couches, big TV and outdoor patios complete with hot tub. One house has arcade games. You can literally walk down the street and around the corner is a public park with playground, and picnic area, a trail and small bridge. Our grandkids played soccer, went down small and big slides, climbed, tunneled, and played chimes. It was perfect to let everyone start at the park each morning and end winding down there each night. There is a home in between the two, but they have a sidewalk in front, easy to get from one home to other. A few minutes drive to Heber Valley Train and cute shops including gelato in Midway. Hiking and biking trails nearby. Lots to do! Park City and awesome outlets 30 min away. Management checked on us, was simple to text with and always replied. Check in and out was easy. GREAT Vacay spot. Would give 10 stars!

I hosted a 23 person family reunion, and the two homes were ideal. We had a quiet house for the older folks and a kid house for families. The homes were immaculate, well stocked, comfortable and beautiful, as was the setting. I highly recommend this listing in Heber.
