Welcome to 8400 sq ft of Family Reunion Fun!
Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides. Ideal for skiers, only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley's back mountain lift. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Swimming pool:
Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.

We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years.

If you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night.

Good not great, the place is a little run down but you get what you pay for. For the price it's a lot of room and the views out of the front and the back deck make it worth the stay. The owner is very responsive and went and got us wine glasses when we asked her to.

This property is beautiful, and was the perfect place to celebrate my mother’s 80th Birthday! More than enough room to house all my family coming from Seattle, WA and California. Also, each room gave each of my siblings family to have more than enough privacy because each room was very spacious. House was well stocked with everything we needed (linens, towels, etc.). The scenery was that of a post card…beautiful! The host, Emily, was a pleasure to work with answering all my txt promptly. Finally, they approved a delay in check out when my tire had a flat and we had to wait for Triple A. Thank you Emily for everything!

We had our family reunion at this house and all 31 of us slept comfortably with room for more. The game room, theater room and hot tub provided hours of entertainment for the kids while the adults enjoyed the large sitting rooms through out the house. The snow covered mountains were a beautiful landscape to enjoy as well.

Our large family loved staying at this wonderful house in Heber! We had 27 people and there was plenty of room. The outdoor space really makes this place! We especially loved the pool, Pickleball court and outdoor seating. There were a few maintenance issues inside the house, but the owners responded and are eager to take care of them.

We had the house filled to capacity, with 48 guests staying overnight and a few extras joining us for day time activities. Plenty of space and kitchen laid out well. We had to share towels but other than that there was space to all be together and space to break off into quieter rooms. Well situated for easy access to trails and lakes where we spent lots of time.

We were very happy with everything. The home is beautiful, well laid out, room for everyone. There was lots for everyone to do, and other activities not too far away. And shopping is close,( but not too close), for those forgotten items. We liked the fact it was so near to most of our families, it made working around varied schedules easy, We would stay again!
