Great place! Everything was nice and clean. Dock was great for our boat, pool was great for the kids, house had everything we needed and the ice maker was a huge bonus. Probably best run property I've ever stayed at, top notch host. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It was immaculately clean and the location is perfect. Its very clear the owner/manager actually cares about the guests and the property. The pool was cool and clean. The kitchen was stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again

Richard was extremely responsive and checked on us during our stay. The house was exactly as described. We chose to spend our days by the pool. Shell Point Beach is within walking distance.

The house was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description, great overall. For us, the canal front pool made the stay. So nice to jump into the pool whenever we felt like it! Owner/host gave top notch, timely communication and was always happy answer a question. Beds are very comfortable. Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Our dog loved the yard. Hope to stay there again in the future. FYI, the Dollar General is 12 minutes away and is very well stocked with groceries and general items. There’s a Circle-K and liquor store across the street from it. We had to go a little further for fresh produce, meat, poultry, and seafood, but it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, great place to relax for a week!
