This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.

Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay!

• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)

Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Use of the property and its amenities is entirely at the guest’s discretion and responsibility. Please note this home is waterfront and minors should be supervised at all times.

-inclement weather affecting your stay or altering your travel plans (we highly suggest obtaining travel insurance when booking)
-power outages, wifi outages, maintenance issues
-cancellation of your reservation due to breaking of house rules
-extreme weather conditions impacting the performance of the HVAC or pool heater
