It’s a beautiful building and location is great. The rooms are spacious and everything you needed. We did not cook in our room but use the washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to make your dinners or feed your family.Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

We have stay here for the past 4 years. We love the location and spending a week with our Son ..
The apartment is always clean, comfortable and we love the location...the baby deer come by to eat the grass and visit with the children at the school across the street...We enjoy the large deck and barbecue...and how close to town..and the ocean

Gold Beach
Went to Gold Beach w another couple to do Jerry's Jet Boat. The location was ideal just minutes away. The beds were good, unit was clean and attractive. Worked perfectly for our short term needs.
Very nice, new, clean and quiet, wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

This is a great property - plenty of room, nice layout, great location, nice deck - but it needs some attention. The oven didn’t work, there was only a trickle of cold water in the kitchen and the toaster is trashed among a few other things.
This condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in! If traveling the Oregon coast again, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little place
I highly recommend this place for anyone who likes privacy and has animals. This is new with all the extra of what you would like on your business travels/personals.
Really enjoyed the place. Very clean with everything we need. Up in a quiet area near an elementary school. Backed into the woods where we had the chance to have frequent deer as visitors.
The condo was very clean and almost brand new. Very comfortable and convenient to the jet boat rides. Plus it lives up to its name, we saw deer everyday we were there.
Close to beach accesses and restaurants. The only complaint is the cold water at the kitchen faucet didn’t come out - was only a trickle. The rest of the pluming worked just fine.

Excellent location on hill behind town (limited view). Easy access with inside garage and ample parking. It's a recently constructed 4 plex with 2 units on ground floor and 2 on 2nd floor. Well outfitted kitchen. Lots of natural light and small patio.

Great apartment in Gold Beach
Excellent location. Fun seeing the deer and turkeys each day. The home has an open concept which allowed food prep and visiting. Walked to beach and town without difficulty. Others were staying in the apartments and little noise. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn’t working, but didn’t really need the heat. Enjoyed comfortable weather. Wonderful.

Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We found the unit spacious, impeccably clean, extremely well stocked, and the furnishings felt new.
Location was awesome -- quiet neighborhood, open areas nearby with deer to watch, one minute drive to beach/grocery store, easy access to Samuel Boardman area, and an elementary school across the street to bring happy energy during the day.
Only glitches we had was getting into the unit is a little confusing and the building could use more soundproofing. But overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would stay there again.
Could use some sponges at kitchen sink, paper napkins, hooks in bathroom for robes/towels

The proprty is nice but was not as clean as expected
The layout of the home and location in Gold Beach are good. It was roomy, and the beds are comfortable. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I contacted Vacasa but nothing was done about the situation while I was there. I will not go into details in this review, but I did to Vacasa.

The oven did not work, no response from management!
It was a nice place, although when you rent a condo and advertise a kitchen it should work. The oven did not work, that is false advertising! We called and texted the manager and she never responded. She did not text us back or call. We had a long drive to get to gold beach and planned on take and back pizza for dinner . We had 50.00 in pizza that was wasted. When you advertise a kitchen it should all work. Disappointed in no oven working and no response from manager. I will never stay at Vrbo or recommend it to anyone!

The good:Super quiet spot. Check in was easy. There’s a lockbox with keys inside. Garage I think was available, but it’s not attached. Kitchen was niceThe bad:When we arrived, everyone noticed a weird smell. Someone had left the gas stove on and it had filled the home with gas. Obviously pretty dangerous. Dishes were all left in the dishwasher for us to out away/use. Kind of annoying. Toaster needs immediate replacement. Ad says partial ocean view. I’m not sure where you could see the ocean from there, but maybe on the roof? It seems like a fourplex, so I’m guessing the other units may have different views and they rent them all with the same ad.Fireplace didn’t work. Maybe that was a blessing with the included gas leak. There were instructions above the fireplace on how to use it, and I have used similar ones before, but it wouldn’t light. Not a big deal, but again, kind of annoying that all these things are promoted in the headline of the ad and not available/functional.Master bedroom bed was really uncomfortable. Lumpy and pillows were pretty much flat. Did not sleep great. Living room couch in need of replacement. It’s not comfortable and feels broken down on one side. Overall: We only needed to stay for one night, and it did its job for that. If I were staying for more than one night, I wouldn’t have been happy.

Awesome Condo, but…
Condo is new and very nice! When Called about fireplace not working, they could only file repair ticket (to wrong dept) so after no response that night, Tuesday, I called and texted a few times on Wednesday, since I couldn’t get call back. Finally I talked to a very determined person that stayed on phone until maintenance called me. When maintenance guy called, he apologized no one called Tuesday night, but he is off Mon-Tue. So don’t expect service Mon-Tue in Brookings Or. He could not get it to fire up (Someone should have tested it BEFORE we arrived.)
TV has tons off streaming but no local channels, which was fine, except wifi was weak with a lot of buffering while watching tv or using on mobile devices. They supply many items and dishes, but would be nice to supply coffee filters and placemats. Appliances top notch! Outdoor Barbecue is small 3 burner, but not very hot, so takes longer to grill steaks.

SERVICE 5+ Matthew was very determined to help use and filed for refund for FP not working.
PHONE SUPPORT 3 (after about five phone calls they finally got the local handyman to call. They did not even know that the handyman did not work on Monday or Tuesday. Evidently they can only service you five days out of the seven days a week.)
COMPANY 4.5 ( They refunded an appropriate amount for detective fireplace) They are very good at texting you info before you arrive, if you can get in earlier than 4pm, easy checkout.
They charge less fees than the other Management Companies for same unit!
I recommend to check with Vacassa over other companies fist.
