The River Belle



The Space:

The River Belle, a spacious four bedroom-two bathroom bungalow built in 1929, overlooks the Necanicum River, and offers a dog-friendly policy, private hot tub, roomy interior, and plenty of off-street parking (please note that on-street parking is reserved for local residents). This family home is decorated with authentic nautical decor sure to set the mood. The River Belle is conveniently located five blocks from downtown and the convention center, and is an easy walk to the beach.



What you'll find:

• Large living/dining area with a gas fireplace • Puzzles, board games, and a Roku TV with guest mode (just enter your stay dates and log in to your subscribed streaming services; your login

information will automatically be removed on the date you specify).

• Well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and other bakeware for your family meals.

• Coffee bar with a traditional coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, electric kettle, and coffee bean grinder - just provide your own coffee or tea.

• Two bedrooms and one full bathroom downstairs, two full bedrooms and one full bathroom up a narrow staircase. • Deck overlooking the river - the perfect spot to have a beverage and watch for birds, or cheer on your family and friends as they play shuffleboard on the

outdoor court.

• Covered patio, great for a family picnic, with adjacent covered hot tub area.

• Game/recreation room in the converted garage with ping pong, darts, shuffleboard accessories for the outdoor court, card games, and more. • Crab pots and clam guns are also available if you'd like to try your hand at clamming on one of the local beaches or crabbing off the 12th street bridge

We had a wonderful time here. Everything was in walking or biking distance. The home itself has so many fun amenities. Ping pong, shuffle board, darts, hot tub, bbq etc. You could spend your vacation just in the house.

Lots of space for folks. Beds were ok. Older historic home on the river . Would recommend. Great pet friendly space.

Trouble checking in, had a hour long conversation with host and VRBO about payment. Don’t know who’s at fault but claims were made about not receiving payment. Booking was made with plenty of time in anticipation and problems with payment could have been brought up on the dates leading up to the my check in day and no notification was Sent. Once resolved, when getting to the house we noticed the back yard wasn’t in the cleanest condition maybe due to weather. So we didn’t complain much. The interior was great for the most part with the exception that some of the least used areas such as closets or where towels were stored would sometimes house various spiders which we had to remove in order to store our luggage or grab a towel or and more toilet paper. Most of the rooms had no way of locking the door for privacy, the upstairs bathroom had a little chain to lock the door. The biggest room had a little lock that at first seemed fine but when trying to test how secure it was half of the door frame trim started to come apart from the frame itself. Safe to say we didn’t use the room’s lock to prevent damages. Most of the down sides of the listing were made up with the location of the house, which is walking distance from most of the best parts of Seaside. Would definitely stay again if all other issues were addressed. Check out time is also a bit early.

This is a cool house on the river and a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. The hosts have a fully equipped tea/coffee area that we very much appreciated! The upstairs can get hot and stuffy but the hosts have placed effective fans in each room to ensure guests' comfort. We appreciated the availability of extra towels to use with the hot tub!There are games and puzzles and we loved the large dining room table where we played games. The living room is broken into two sections, providing a lot of comfortable hang-out seating.
