Find your new favorite beach getaway at this lovely coastal home, nestled the lush woodland landscape of Hilton Head Island. Spend your days golfing, riding bikes, and lounging on the beach, and your evenings basking the balmy island air outside on your tree-lined patio. The neighborhood offers pickleball, basketball, tennis, a playground, and a pool.



This single-story home sits in a wooded grove on the southwest side of Hilton Head, about two miles from the center of Harbour Town. Follow the bike paths to reach the beach or tee off at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, both of which are just over a mile away. Dining, shopping, swimming, kayaking, fishing - it's all at your fingertips here.



After a day out and about on the island, come home to find a relaxing respite on the leafy patio. Light the gas grill for an evening barbecue, set the outdoor table for a sunset dinner, and linger by the firepit for s'mores and stargazing after dark.



Step inside to find a living space that's bright, breezy, and centrally air-conditioned. There's a large living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both an indoor dining space and a high-top table outside on the kitchen deck. Of the bedrooms, each has its own TV and adjoining bathroom for privacy. A home laundry room and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

It was very clean and spacious. Loved the two decks outside. Also nice that there is a pool, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop in the neighborhood. It is in a good central location for Sea Pines relatively easy to bike to Harbortow, South Beach, or the Beach Club. Loved that Vacasa provided a Sea Pines pass.

Wonderful trip!

This home has a very good central location. It is well stocked and the property managers were very quick with any issue we had. The fire pit was a bonus and our kids loved it. The decor is lovely with comfy beds! It’s was a wonderful visit!

Great home!

Had a lovely stay in this private and spacious home. Wonderful location and very clean. Ammenities were very nice in the neighborhood as well. Would recommend blinds on the back family room as the great shortcut for bikes to the path also allows others to see in. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful vacation home!

We had 10 family members here for a week. Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood -plenty of room-very clean. Great pool, playground, basketball hoop, tennis/pickleball court within walking distance. Beach club beach a mile away-can drive or reach by bike. Grandkids loved making s'mores with fire pit-used gas grill to cook steaks, hamburgers and hotdogs. We rented bikes and enjoyed the bike paths-rode to Harbour Town and the South Beach Marina. We went to Coligny Beach-and also that area has pirate play ground, shopping and restaurants. Grandkids also played miniature golf, ladies went to Tanger Outlet Mall. We saw alligators and deer-one of them right behind the house-a lot of wildlife in the area. Beautiful vegetation and flowers. We would definitely go back and stay here again!

Not Up to Standard – Needs Attention

We were disappointed with our stay. The keyless entry didn’t work, and we had to use one key all week for five people. The master bedroom blinds were broken, leaving no privacy, and the hallway floor stayed wet due to a leak. The hall bathroom toilet barely flushed, and we had to coordinate a lock repair during good beach weather. Unfortunately, this rental didn’t meet expectations, especially compared to our usual spot.

Great Home, great location, zero help by property management.

The home is in a great location with 5-10 min bike ride to beach and Harbortown. Check in was fine. While there the dryer was not working. For three days I made multiple attempts by text, calling and emailing to the management contact information. Vacasa was non responsive. I kept being re routed to the national call line, and they claimed someone local would contact me and that never happened. When I tried to directly reach the local management, no one picked up the phone. Very frustrated.
