The Space:

Offering gorgeous views of the coast from the private balcony, this newly renovated villa is a spacious paradise perfect for a couple’s getaway. Recent upgrades include new kitchen cabinets, beautiful quartz countertops, a complete remodel of both bathrooms, new flooring, and fresh paint throughout, creating a bright and modern coastal retreat. The villa also features new windows and sliding doors, updated window treatments, all new furniture, and new TVs, along with a stylish mantle and electric fireplace that adds warmth and charm to the living space.



The pool area is equipped with a plethora of lounge chairs as well as a place to grill up some kabobs just steps from the sand. If you don't feel like cooking outside, the fully updated kitchen with modern appliances provides everything needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.



After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and unwind in the beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Spend your evenings gathered in the comfortable living area, enjoying a movie together before falling asleep to the peaceful sound of crashing waves.



What’s nearby:

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community located mid-island, providing quick access to all that Hilton Head is famous for. Dining, shopping, and marina activities are a quick two-mile drive. Located within the resort are three world-class golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, a lagoon system with kayaking, canoeing, and miles of bike trails. It can be guaranteed that no one will be bored on this island!

Wonderful visit

Perfect for a little get away

Great place to check out the area. Long walks on the beach and road our bikes on the beach. Explored Hilton Head and Savannah. We would stay here again.

Great beachside condo!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo. It’s a great location with a beautiful beach. Condo has two beach chairs and an umbrella. Would stay here again!
