You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens with walkways, lagoons and fountains. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean can be found throughout this fine complex. It is no wonder that visitors are drawn to the island's exceptional natural beauty, but equally impressive are the area's enormous variety of activities and recreational amenities, including golf courses with signature names of Trent Jones, Dye, Nicklaus, Player, Hills, and Fazio. For tennis buffs, Palmetto Dunes has been ranked as one of the top 50 tennis resorts in the country, with 28 tennis courts. Bicyclists and joggers enjoy an entire network of trails. Villa Description - Our Windsor Place II condominium sleeps four privately, features ocean views from the master bedroom and living room as well as the private porch. The master has a king sized bed, two night stands, triple dresser, chest of drawers, and a 32 inch flat panel color television with cable. Television service for 63 high-quality channels, 46 music channels, and 38 HD channels. Wifi is available in the villa and it is also available in the pool area. Access to the private porch with a table and four chairs and a chaise. The master bath has a new stand alone tub, shower, vanity, toilet, and large walk-in closet. The beautiful tub is ultimate relaxation picture a ledge with a beverage while looking at the ocean and beautiful grounds.

The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, one leather recliner,swivel chair, coffee table, end tables, and a flat screen new 55 inch flat panel 4 G smart television with cable, Netflix, U-Tube, Streaming Capabilities, It also has access to the private porch and plenty of cabinets for storage.

The dining area accommodates four. The kitchen which is adjacent also has 3 bar stools, new granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless electric stove and oven, microwave oven, sink with disposal, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking utilities, and place setting for eight. An assortment of start up dish detergent, laundry detergent and bathroom soaps along with all sheets and towels are provided. Beach towels will need to be provided by the renters. The utility closet has a stack washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. Internet (secured with password) is also provided. The villa has 1195 square feet of living space. The villa is located on the third level but 2nd level on the elevator. The parking area is ground floor where you can easily unload into the elevator or luggage cart. A trash chute is easily accessible located next to the elevator on each floor. We have a keyless entry a code is provided upon final payment.

The master bath has a large stand alone tub, granite counter tops,extra large shower and master walk-in closet. The second bath contains an large shower, granite counter top vanity, and toilet. The owner's storage in the first level garage has two bicycles, beach toys, and rafts for children, sun umbrellas, and plenty of beach chairs. The building also has elevator service from the ground-level garage.

The beautifully designed pool area has adult and children's zero entry pool, hot tub, dressing/bath rooms facilities, three new gas grills, internet service is also available in the pool area. Large sunning areas around the pool deck with umbrella and Gazebo's, water features for kids, chaise lounges, and lots of shade provided by the gazebo and Palm trees and umbrella's/ The beach is just seconds away.

Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head Island have almost every activity imaginable from recreation to shopping to exercise and restaurants. Palmetto Dunes Shuttle is available traveling throughout the property during peak season.
