Your family has space to be together or spread out and watch TV on the 46 in Flatscreen TV in the Living Room or the 32 in Flatscreen TV in the Bedroom. Feel the Serenity of the Ocean no matter where you are in the condo.

As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home. The Bedroom includes a Queen Size Bed and dresser and is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly. The Bathroom has Marble Floors, a Cast Iron Tub with Cultured Marble surround and vanity top to create a Spa Feel.

You can keep up on your laundry with your Washer and Dryer located just outside the bathroom. Your condo will feel Cozy and Modern with all Stainless Steel Appliances and Tastefully Comfortable Furniture. If you need extra space to hang clothes or to put your suitcases, the closet in the hallway is a great space for your things.

If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas at the pool or the walkway to the beach. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.

Why Kate Shanks chose Island Areas

One of our parents has owned a Breakers unit since 1995 and we have vacationed here nearly every year since. We love the location and walkability to multiple restaurants and shops. It's our favorite place on the island!

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the direct view and sound of the ocean. There is nothing better and more peaceful than the ocean waves hitting the beach and we can experience all of that right from our condo. We love that the beach is within walking distance and we don't have to drive to get to it. Shops and restaurants are only a minute or two walking distance. Bike rentals and bike paths are within walking distance as well. Our morning rituals are a run on the beach or bike paths and a coffee from Coligny Plaza. Our favorite nighttime rituals are ice cream after supper and browsing the shops in Coligny Plaza. During the day we enjoy the pool, beach, ocean and the entertainment at the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut nearby. We also rent bikes for the week and ride all over the island.

My wife and I just returned from one week at Breakers 315 and what a great stay it was! The villa's interior is just as pictured and was super clean with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The close proximity to the beach and the wonderful view from the ocean front balcony were fantastic.

The HDTV and Blu Ray player worked perfectly as we rented movies from a close by Redbox one night.

The Breakers complex is right in the middle of it all! If you want to you can park your vehicle upon arrival and not need it again until you leave. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise and set from the balcony as well as walking on the beach and around the local residential areas.

We frequented Coligny Plaza which is directly across the street and has pretty much everything you need, including a Piggy Wiggly for groceries and Rollers liquor store.

Kate was a pleasure to work with and rent from and we highly recommend Breakers 315 as a great vacation getaway.

Very Relaxin

This is my new favorite place to stay on Hilton Head. The condo was very nice and clean and I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. I loved sitting on the balcony looking at and listening to the ocean by day and the moon and stars by night. The only problem was a non-functioning dvd player which was replaced quickly thanks to an attentive owner; Kate responds right away. I also loved the can lights in the condo so you can actually see in all parts of the room. :)

We rented this condo for a week, and it was PERFECT! The views were amazing and the condo itself was fantastic! The renovations that you did, are spot on, and made our visit very comfortable. Beautiful Views

This third floor condo is the perfect setting for a beach filled Hilton Head vacation. We have been coming to the Breakers for the past eight years and found this condo our favorite. It is quiet and has a beautiful view. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect Location

My husband and I rented this condo for a week in September and loved it! The location right on the ocean was perfect for our morning, noon and nightly swim. Savannah was less than an hour drive, and we took the trolley tour which included dinner at Paula Deen's restaurant. Excellent. I even won an autographed cookbook! Went to the Farmer's Market in Bluffton and bought some beekeeper cream which has already healed my son's dry skin. Bought a beautiful leather and linen purse at the Spartina flagship store. Spent a morning exploring Pickney Island enjoying the birds, butterflies and alligators. We also took a ride around the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge. The Spanish moss hanging from the trees, covering the road was quite a sight. Our favorite places to eat included Signe's Heaven Bound Cafe for the best key lime bread pudding, The French Bakery for the almond croissants, and Sweet Carolina's for the daily cupcake. Many restaurants had outdoor seating and local musicians playing at night. The location allows you to park your car and walk to everything you need. There is a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and a bakery right across the street. Every night, we sat on the swings at Coligny Beach Park and watched the people coming to and from the beach. There is a large rubber walkway right down to the ocean so you can walk barefoot all the way, ride your bike, or push strollers or wheelchairs onto the beach. One night we watched fireworks on the beach, right from our deck. The condo is nicely furnished. The bedding was so comfortable that we slept like babies. I even emailed the owner after our stay to find out which brand she used, it was that nice! I think people of all ages would love to stay at this property. We loved it!
