* Booking Finalization: To secure your reservation, we ask that you complete our required pre-check-in process within one hour after booking. This is managed by a secure partner and includes a rental agreement and a $120 non-refundable damage waiver. You will receive a link with instructions upon booking.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
* Beach Gear: A beach cart and a starter set of beach accessories are provided as a courtesy. Please note that their availability or condition may vary, as items can be damaged or lost between guests.
* We use a sensor that detects cigarette and marijuana smoke inside the property. It also measures noise levels, and will notify you if the noise exceeds high decibels. For everyone’s safety & peace of mind, the property is equipped with three EXTERIOR cameras covering outdoor areas only.
Insurance requires cameras to help protect guests, the property, & assist in emergencies or liability situations. They are not actively monitored around the clock, and there are absolutely NO CAMERAS INSIDE the home. If these cameras are tampered with you would be asked to leave immediately. Please know that we 100% respect your privacy while you enjoy vacation!
