* Security: For your safety and security, exterior cameras monitor the property's outdoor areas and entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
* Beach Gear: A beach cart and a starter set of beach accessories are provided as a courtesy. Please note that their availability or condition may vary, as items can be damaged or lost between guests.
* We use a sensor that detects cigarette and marijuana smoke inside the property. It also measures noise levels, and will notify you if the noise exceeds high decibels.
