Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 3rd-floor condominium and shared building amenities, including the fitness center. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles, with one designated spot in a heated garage and one uncovered space. All unit features, including the balcony, private laundry, and gourmet kitchen, are for exclusive guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Our home offers a peaceful vantage point over Mountain Village with panoramic views of the Telluride peaks. This area is a year-round playground for outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter, you are just a short walk or shuttle ride away from the world-class terrain of Telluride Ski Resort.

During the summer months, the neighborhood transforms into a hub for hiking and mountain biking, with scenic trails easily accessible from your front door. Explore the nearby Mountain Village core for boutique shopping, fine dining, and seasonal events, or take the scenic gondola ride down into the historic town of Telluride for a taste of local culture and vibrant festivals.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider San Juan Mountains, though the home's proximity to the free shuttle line makes navigating Mountain Village effortless. The property is located approximately 0.2 miles from the ski slopes, which can be reached via a short walk or the local shuttle system. Guests can also utilize the free gondola for transit between Mountain Village and the town of Telluride. Guests will have access to Dial-A-Ride during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



The clearance for the heated parking garage is 7'1".



Gondola can be closed for seasonal or maintenance repairs outside of our control.



This home is not pet-friendly per HOA guidelines.



Getting to and from the slopes is easy! To start your day, you'll just take a quick walk from the front door to the designated ski-out access point to hit the mountain. At the end of the day, you are rewarded with direct ski-in access right back to the property—just take Billy’s Way, keep an eye out for the large signs for Cassidy Ridge, and you can literally ski right in.
