Las Brisas 112 is a 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom property, which sleeps 2 adults comfortably in the twin bedroom and there is also a fold away bed suitable for a young child that can be provided for an additional fee.





The Space:

This beautiful villa is situated on the award winning, best kept complex, known as Las Brisas. The complex is fantastic for all generations, including a separate children’s pool and play area.

Las Brisas 112 is a 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom property, which sleeps 2 adults comfortably in the twin bedroom and there is also a fold away bed suitable for a young child that can be provided for an additional fee.

The bedroom has air conditioning available to use by all guests (coin operated) and there is plenty of wardrobe space. A hairdryer and safe are provided.

The open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen area has been comfortable furnished to provide a home from home feeling with everything you would need to enjoy a quiet night in. There is a large flat screen Tv with a great selection of Uk & European channels. The lounge also benefits from a ceiling fan to help cool those warm Lanzarote evenings.

Outside the villa has its own partially covered terrace and garden with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. There are also 2 sunbeds solely for the use of this villa.

Las Brisas has a large communal pool with lifeguard which is open all year and available to use every day. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sunbeds, free to use. If you like tennis, then complex has its own courts which you can book via reception.

All the facilities you need are on site situated next to the bar. The pool side bar is open all day serving food and drink and then at night the bar normally hosts some type of live entertainment, suitable for all ages.

The location is very central in Playa Blanca and the main beach is only a 5-minute walk to all facilities.

If you are planning to rent a car; Free parking is available outside reception.

The reception is open from 09.00 till 21.00 hours 6 days a week, and 07.00 to midnight on a Thursday to assist with any queries you may have.

With its perfect central location, award winning facilities and great holiday ambiance, Las Brisas 112 in Playa Blanca is the place to stay and come back to, year on year.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

Car Hire. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

A Welcome Pack consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

Please Note: All payments are taken in Gbp and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.

Close to bar and swimming pool, which is heated, but not noisy. We have stayed at Las Brisas many times and find it very relaxing and enjoyable Not sure who cleans this property but some areas require a little more attention.

We love everything about it, which is why we have been coming every year for 23 years and are already booked for next year. Not that we spend much time watching television, the reception is poor.

Winter duvets too hot, no midweek clean, was told by agent that air con was included but it wasn’t and didn’t seem to work. Otherwise nice little villa , very well situated and extremely nice welcome pack for our very late arrival which was much appreciated, would definitely return to 112 . Lightweight duvet for summer months.

Lovely villa on beautiful complex with fantastic pool. Great location - near to bars/restaurants/beach and supermarket. Very much appreciated welcome pack. Was advised there would be a tablet in villa giving us all details of villa and area. This was not the case - told it was being updated. Not a problem for us as we have visited playa Blanca many times.

Villa on good complex great position Lovely people in bar and restaurant . No booklet or any instructions on safe we had to ask at reception. The TV was disconnected we had to reconnect it .

Fantastic villa

We have just returned after a fabulous 2 weeks holiday, we had never stayed in Playa Blanca before and our friends had already booked another villa on this complex and we wanted to join them, what a find this villa is, great location everything you need, felt like home. Very easy, relaxing with local supermarkets nearby what more can you ask? Just Perfect for us and will definitely will be returning. Towels could be changed more than once a week, on the 8th day I decided to wash the bedding as I didn’t think the villa was going to be cleaned until we left, however on our return that day the villa had indeed been cleaned to a very good standard.

We know Las Brisas very well and Villa 112 did not disappoint. Nicely furnished, lots of extras provided. The food pack was a nice touch. Highly recommended. Extra towels would be helpful. One bath towel per person for a week is not enough. However as there is a washing machine you can wash them

Really nicely furnished villa- outside patio was lovely as it was all on one level- no trip hazard. Really enjoyed using the bbq. Just a couple of things: Wooden spoons would be handy As would oven gloves, more forks and a few more oven dishes Scored the accommodation 4 as there were no mosquito screens therefore could not open the bedroom window at night The outside lights were far too bright- only need half the number of bulbs

Loved the villa , perfect for our needs Overall cleanliness not bad , but felt a few points overlooked, curtains missing ( but resolved quickly). Reported washing machine fault 6 days before departure, not resolved. , Television and all music equipment didn’t work , not resolved. Disappointed of no service in 11 day stay just one would have been enough.

Love las brisas!!

We love staying on las brisas so booked this bungalow. It’s the perfect location and has a mix of everything you need on the doorstep. Our bungalow was not cleaned once in the 10 days holiday. We kept the place clean, this wasn’t the issue for us. It was the change of bedding / towels. Villasnow don’t come in to clean change beds and towels changed unless you stay more than 10 nights which I find unbelievable. At home we change our bedding at least once a week, more in the warmer months. We found that not having the bedding changed did affect our sleep. We would be put off booking with villasnow just for this reason alone sadly.

Lovely accommodation, great pool, perfect depth for our 9 year old, nice bar area with reasonably priced food and drink for the day time, loads of lovely restaurants a 5 minute walk away all looking over the sea Could do with a few more sun beds around the pool if space is a problem they could just put lots of chairs out instead

The bathroom was spacious and modern and easy to use. There was plenty of hot water and the towels were soft. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa was very clean. The pool was heated and gardens were immaculate. There also was a lifeguard on duty.

Fabulous location

We really enjoyed our recent stay. What a lovely apartment perfect for a couple. Well equipped and everything you needed for a home from home. The resort has everything you need with a beautiful heated swimming pool and wonderful bar/restaurant/reception/shop on site. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely return if we can secure a booking in this much sought after location. We were there for 10 nights but there was no change of towels or bedlinen or cleaning provided. It would have been nice but not essential.
