Apparemment décevant car mal entretenu et peu équipé!

Photos trompeuses: aucune vue (le vélux est en hauteur), pas de rideau occultant et canapé étroit pour deux personnes et peu confortable. le vélux ne ferme pas complètement. Equipement de cuisine insuffisant: deux petits faitouts, pas de casserole ni poêle ni bouilloire... Appartement mal entretenu: pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine car robinet bouché, deux chaises sur quatre inutilisables car prêtes à s'effondrer, porte de placard arrachée, évacuation de l'eau de la baignoire difficile,rideau de fenêtre de cuisine et salle de bains sans fixation... Il conviendrait aussi de préciser sur l'annonce que l'appartement est situé au quatrième étage sans ascenseur.(immeuble ancien, marches hautes!). D'autre part, il serait plus convenable de le proposer pour trois personnes et non quatre, notamment pour le couchage. Dommage car cet appartement pourrait être "cosy" avec un peu plus de soin et d'entretien!
