INFORMATION FOR BOATERS: There is a private boat dock (9m x 2m) at the house with a fantastic view over the wide salt water canal and the canal crossing (corner Lotus and Nipperkanal) Path directly (without lock) to explore the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island. Here you can not only moor with a rental boat, but also have breakfast, with a little luck you can fish a tasty fish (fishing available) or organize a private picnic whenever you want and enjoy the wonderful view. You practically sit "in the middle of the water" against a great backdrop. We are happy to help you arrange a motor boat.


HOME EQUIPMENT and PROF. HOUSE MANAGEMENT: When setting up and equipping the Villa Sunset Kiss, we consciously took care to furnish everything in the “Florida style”. Delicate, clear colors dominate the picture. The design of the rooms is light and friendly and conveys the feeling of life in the south. You will find our house name "Sunset Kiss" in many details in the house, after all, the spectacular, colorful sunsets are one of the most beautiful things that Florida has to offer.

EXTERIOR: You will quickly find that you will spend most of your time outside, not indoors. We have therefore placed great emphasis on the garden, the pool and the pool area. In the garden you will find beautiful palm trees, colorful strelizia hibiscus bushes and other plants.
The heated pool is large enough to let off steam in it (especially children will have fun). The entire pool area with open space and lanai (covered seating area) takes up the entire width of the house and is protected against mosquitoes and other bugs by a screen. So you can experience the warmth of Florida outside in the evening, grill real American steaks on the large gas grill, enjoy the atmosphere by the illuminated pool or simply look at the starry sky with a drink on the loungers.
On our new, 9 meter wide, private boat launch with stylish, large Adirondeckchairs you can enjoy the view of the wide canal crossing and catch the best pictures of turtles, poison green iguanas, flying fish and sunning anhingas and herons early in the morning.
