504 Windsor Place boasts with an ocean view, a welcoming interior, and all sorts of amenities. This top-floor condo in the Windsor community is sure to please! Whether you choose to spend your time at the nearby beach, in the swimming pools and hot tub, or simply relaxing inside with your loved ones, this condo has everything you'll need to have a wonderful vacation.

This condo has beautiful dark floors and an open floor plan. To the immediate left of the entrance is a second full bathroom, a single vanity, and a walk-in shower. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a stove, and a stacked washer and dryer in the closet. The kitchen is appointed nicely with a toaster oven and has two stools at the countertop. The adjacent dining room offers a round table for four and has a mirrored accent wall. Relax in the living room where there is a large sectional sleeper sofa, club chair, and a 65” Samsung Smart TV. The living room also has a wall of windows that look out to the ocean and brings in a lot of natural light. The sliding door opens to a partially covered balcony that has a round high top table for four plus one Adirondack chair. This is a great place to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The master suite is off the living room and has a king bed, 55” TV, and access to the balcony. The private bathroom has a single vanity, soaking jet tub, and a walk-in shower.

With one bedroom plus a sleeper sofa, this rental is just the right size for a family, two couples, or a few close friends traveling together. This condo has all the home comforts available, plus beautiful views of the ocean.

Walk the beautifully landscaped grounds and follow the private pathway to the beach, where you can sunbathe and play in the water to your heart's content. On the way back, use the outdoor showers to rinse off any sandy feet then head over to the ocean side pool complex, which offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, zero-entry children's pool, hot tub, and nearby picnic area.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

Gate Fee: This property is located inside the private gated community of Leamington within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Two vehicle passes will be called in for you to purchase at the pass office drive-in window.
There is a $35 weekly gate fee per vehicle based on the length of your stay. This fee is due to the private gated resort security.
