The holiday home Ca' du Re is located in Chiavari and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a whirlpool as a bathtub, TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

This vacation rental features a private garden for peaceful mornings.

The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. It is also possible to reach the 5 Terre by train in 30 minutes, the Chiavari station can be reached by car and public transport in about 10 minutes. Portofino is instead 25km from the property.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Lovely European Home in the mountains

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy home, which provides a serene setting perfect for relaxation. However, it's worth noting that the driveway leading to the home is quite steep and narrow, with a rock wall on one side and a significant drop on the other. For those considering this property, we recommend assessing the driveway conditions, especially if you have a mid-size vehicle, as maneuvering can be challenging. Overall, it’s a lovely getaway that we appreciated!

This place is an absolute gem, nestled in the hills of Chiavari providing all the comforts and amenities of modern accommodation, recently renovated and tastefully decorated.Centrally located, 5 minutes from the highway on/off ramp, less than 10 minutes away from the beach, town center and train station. Whether it's sitting down for a cappuccino in downtown Chiavari and watching life go by, or exploring Cinque Terre, which is less than an hour away by train or visiting Rapallo or Portofino which are approximately 20 minutes away by car, or if you just want to stay on the property and enjoy the peace and quiet in the low-lying hills, then this is the place to be.There is no Wi-Fi - which maybe is a good thing if you want to fully disconnect :) Access to the rental is slightly complicated if you have a larger car and solicits your driving skills. It was slightly difficult for me the first time round with my 7 seater, but then I got the hang of it and after that it was easy. Paola and David were excellent hosts, they proposed an easier to access parking spot, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. If you're looking for a place to explore the Italian coast, then this is it!

Magnifique maison, dans une belle région.

Pros: Magnifique maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous y avons passé de belles vacances en famille. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié ! Nous avons pu profiter des plages et visiter de beaux villages de la région : Portofino, les 5 terres,… Les hôtes Paola et Davide sont très disponibles et accueillants.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gute Vermieter. Toller Aufenthalt!

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen sehr schönen kleinen Garten mit tollem Blick über die Landschaft. Die Räume sind trotz der geringen Grundfläche sehr großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind sehr modern und alles funktionierte perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sehr unkompliziert und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit (was wir bei einem Ereignis im Ort Chiavari besonders zu schätzen wußten). Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist direkt vor dem Haus manchmal herausfordernd. Allerdings steht oberhalb des Hauses an der Straße ein weiterer Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Mooi onderhouden huis met oog voor detail.

Pros: Rustig, alle ruimte, mooie en ruime inrichting. Zeer vriendelijke gast dame en heer die ruime uitleg gaven en altijd klaar staan voor vragen te beantwoorden. Een verborgen juweeltje. Cons: Enige minpunt dat ik kan bedenken is het parkeren, kan voor het huis maar draaien van de auto kan lastig zijn. Note: mobiel internet bereik is niet erg goed.
