Morning Glory cabin was perfect escape to celebrate our 36th anniversary. Stunningly bright, clean and well-equipped with everything you need to take in the natural beauty surrounding you. We LOVED watching the sunrises and sunsets on the upper deck and enjoying after dinner soaks in the hot tub on the lower deck. We also enjoyed the fire pit with comfy Adirondack chairs - there’s even a hanging swing as another option to enjoy the Mountain views! A Blackstone grill with all needed utensils was also available to us.
Downstairs was a pool table and foosball table but we honestly never used it because we just enjoyed the outdoors the whole time!
Inside everything was new, meticulously clean and autumnally decorated — two bedrooms, one beautiful bathroom, a large kitchen island and a comfy living room provided everything needed to be comfortable during our three -night stay.
The cabin was easy to find and was a quick ride down to Luray for caverns, dining/browsing and access to Skyline Drive for SNP. You can even walk to see the Shenandoah River. Dan and Lindsay very helpfully keep a detailed binder with all info you need. We can’t say enough about how wonderful their space is, so I’ll stop here. We will certainly be back!
Very cheap for for how nice the house and the area was. Rooms were done up, everything was labeled for our convenience, as well as instructions on how to use the hot tub and other amenities of the house. I would most definitely book here again.
