We are very happy you enjoyed the Summit House and Yosemite
Wonderful large house in quiet area. Really beneficial to be inside the park. There is a great little grocery store just down the hill.House could have used a little better cleaning.

We have hired a new cleaning crew as this is the 1st complaint we have had of this type.
This is a great property to base yourself at for exploring the Yosemite area. Plenty of room for people to spread out in the house with living rooms and lofts on 3 levels. Clean and comfortable!

We are delighted your group enjoyed the house. hope you return soon!!!
We had a great stay at the Summit House. Group of 12 adults and teens. House was well appointed, comfortable and location was amazing. Pine Tree market 1/4 mile away was convenient for some groceries and there is a fun swimming hole with a water down only 1/2 mile away. Highly recommend and we would stay again.
Lots of room and loved the layout of the house with lots of different different levels. There is everything you need for a family to gather and relax after a full day of hiking and activities in Yosemite, which you are in.

We are delighted your family enjoyed the House. We will pleasure in sharing with excellent renters
This house had ample number of bedrooms/beds and common spaces for our family. Very comfortable. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this property for a family gathering.
Our family spent 6 nights at this beautiful home located in Wawona, inside the park. It was everything we hoped for, AND MORE!! Our hosts were awesome. The hosts have done an extraordinary job in building this home.
It was a good location for traveling to the Yosemite Valley as well as Bass lake. Helpful folks in the community. We found a lovely waterfall just minutes from the house.

We had our family up in Wawona for 4 days. Nice home with plenty of room and well supplied. Had small problem with the air conditioner, but the management company responded quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and spacious
We had a wonderful family reunion in this Summit House. It was very nicely decorated inside out, and located in a peaceful neighbourhood, which is right next to one of our favorite hiking trails.
If you come here during winter, make sure your car is good for driving uphill, because its driveway is quite steep.

The house is at a 4000 ft elevation and normally the snow level during the couple of winter months is 5000 ft or higher. The driveway is plowed immediately when necessary during snowfalls providing easy access. The view after a storm is spectacular from the house!!!!!
Property was in a great location for hiking several trails and historical significance and a short drive to access Yosemite National Park. The two fireplaces were very nice to have. Plenty of available sleeping, gathering areas and large dining area. Only downsides were no response from property manager about the lack of heat in primary bedroom/bath and a refrigerator that would not keep food cold or frozen.
Great spot inside the park to launch hikes and biking. Close to the Sequoia’s Wawona Grove. And golf if open. A bit of a drive to valley all within the park. Great house for a big group in one of the only communities inside the park. Corner market is a short walk.

We are glad you enjoyed the house. Hope to see you back soon
We really enjoyed our stay at the Summit House. We enjoyed that it was inside the park gates, which helped expedite getting around inside the park during our visit. The house accommodated our group well, and we enjoyed being able to cook and eat at the house and have a special gathering as we were at Yosemite for a memorial for a loved one. This house was in good shape and had everything we needed. I would recommend this to other folks considering a stay inside Yosemite Park.
