Large front porch with swing and rockers, screened back porch with comfy seating, outdoor dining, water fountain in private courtyard, gas grill, outside shower.

Upstairs: Second master suite with separate shower and jacuzzi; king bed. Screened porch with hanging bed. Laundry with granite tops; large media room has 65' Smart TV, surround sound, DVD,VCR, Playstation, books, toys, games, pullout queen sofa bed and mini-fridge. Fourth bed room has a bunk room with one twin up and one twin down; bath has separate sink and toilet. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, bath with separate sink and toilet, shares tub/shower with bunk room. Large porch with hammock and two adirondack chairs. This house is NOT your typical beach rental!! Enjoy this vacation wrapped in luxury.

The location is outstanding. Sugar white sandy beaches and crystal clear ocean water. Watercolor is a beautiful resort and we are on the lake, 2 blocks from the beach, 150' from Seaside, 4 houses down from the amphitheater and park on a large private lot.
