About this property

Best Location in Old Town! Home on Mountain Ave

Sleeping 6-8 comfortably, there are 3 welcoming bedrooms, 1 King and 2 Queens. As an added, a truly comfortable (no kidding!) sofa pull out that converts to a Queen bed. The relaxing bedrooms are all furnished with new pillow top mattresses, Quality sheets and piles of pillows.
The house also features 2 fully remodeled bathrooms, 1st with a large soaking tub to relax in after a day of exciting adventures and separate standing shower, the 2nd with large standing shower and attached to the 3rd bedroom for more private use. A large capacity front loading washer and dryer allows you to head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.

The kitchen is also completely remodeled with hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances so that you can cook up a gourmet meal or make some drinks and appetizers before you strike out to explore Fort Collins’ many excellent restaurants only blocks away. A breakfast bar as well as a long window seat makes this house perfect for get togethers where everyone congregates in the kitchen! The dining room has a large table that seats 8-10.

If you prefer relaxing at home, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 60” flat screen TV, blu-ray/dvd player, Nintendo Wii, movie and music selections, as well as board games, books and high speed WiFi.

The unit is the Whole Main level of this house.
There are two lower level apartments with year-round professional tenants. Those apartments have their own separate entrance access facing Mountain Ave and on Street parking in front.

Fort Collins is known for loving dogs and this house is no exception!
Well behaved adult dogs are allowed with prior approval and an additional
non-refundable deposit.

Our Old Town Fort Collins neighborhood features wide sidewalks, Mature trees and Landscaping, fun neighbors and friendly outdoorsy, furry friend walking kind of people. We are close to Lee Martinez Park, just down Sherwood St. Poudre Bike Trail and the Poudre River are just a mile bike ride away. City Park is just to the West right down Mountain Ave, the City Park 9 golf course and City Park Pool, the Trolly runs in front of the house during the summer. Also supper close: The Downtown Discovery Museum, Kayak water park, Northside Aztlan Community Center, Mulberry Pool, Lincoln Center, Fort Collins Library and everything CSU, oval, campus and stadium.

This was our first visit to Fort Collins. You can walk to everything from the location. The house is cozy, adorable and has everything you’d need and then some. Kids are already asking when we’re coming back and if we can stay longer next time.

Great Location

Extremely well stocked with supplies, kitchen , utensils etc. spacious living space . Location makes Old Town walkable off street parking is ample. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a child size toilet - other than that property is well appointed. You can't go wrong by staying here. This was our third stay.

This was our first time visiting Colorado. This house was amazing. It had all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay. The house is located in a great part of town. So close to downtown and was a short walk. The property owners were very helpful and always there to answer any questions. I look forward to visiting again.

Everything about the property was as described and we had a great time - obviously great location and beautiful house. Surprisingly well stocked - everything you need is there - we even cooked a big dinner for local friends and it was perfect. Wedding Weekend

Stayed in Fort Collins for our son's wedding week. Could not have been a better location to our hotel guests in town as well as other VRBO type guests. All our venues were walking distance and the house itself was clean, quiet and the perfect location. Well stocked with the basic necessities and we had the bonus of Halloween on W. Mountain which was terrific fun. I'll stay at this house every time I need to visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

Not only is this prime location , the home has everything you need. Kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan you need. Very clean home, mattresses are good, and outdoor space is very nice. The home has ample supplies. Only flaw, time ti leave .... IF visiting Ft. Collins, look no further.

Don't hesitate . . . Book this bright, beautiful home right now!

Larissa and Philip are the ideal hosts. We arrived in Fort Collins on Christmas Day and they kindly let us check in a bit early. We were greeted by a lighted Christmas tree and twinkly decorations. Every inch of the home was sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, there is plenty of room to read, relax, and spend family time together. The prime location is within walking distance of anything you might need - - - restaurants, breweries, bike/walking trails, grocery stores, Target, shops, and more. This is by far one of the best VrBo's we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely be back!

Felt like Christmas

It was getting dark & snow was falling. This warm cozy house is in a charming neighborhood with church bells and large sidewalks. Host is very responsive and thoughtful. The snow was shoveled from every step around the property by morning.. SUPER clean throughout and gorgeous hardwood floors... that creek a bit, but I don't live downstairs. House has just enough helpful pantry and bath items from previous guests. Would absolutely bring my family back to stay at this lovely property.
