Tropical South Mission Beach House - Great Quiet Location! Great for families.

One level home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the ground level with a large front private patio with tropical landscaping, and a quiet location (not on the street) no stairs (good for kids and elderly) and sleeps 7. Rear patio has stainless-steel barbecue, private full size laundry/washer/dryer, beach toys. Updated interior with granite counters, granite island, stainless-steel appliances, updated bathrooms, sectional couch, Brazilian hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, all the amenities, most rooms have ceiling fans, living area has A/C. It's a very short walk to Mission Bay to watch Sea world fireworks or swim, or walk to the beach. No pets please. Shared garage fits a medium sized car, sedan, or medium SUV. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the house...you will love the location.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No more than 7 people total allowed unless approved by owner. Extra babies (under 2 yrs) are ok, but room is limited. Please ask owner.

Please abide by check out and check in times, esp. for a same day check out/in. No pets allowed please. Thank you.

Please leave garage door closed at all times, esp. at night. It is a shared garage park all the way to the right side. No pick-up trucks/large SUV’s.

This house has a bungalow/cottage feel, with large front patio and private rear patio, all on one level. Short walk to Mission Bay or the ocean.
