This luxury townhome has an excellent location, contemporary style, and great layout.
CONVENIENT LOCATION, less than a mile to downtown or the base of Deer Valley, and right on the free bus route. Our townhome is particularly quiet and peaceful because it backs up to a wooded mountainside of protected open-space. There is no looking out at a bunch of other condos, just a view of evergreens and aspens!
THREE BEDROOMS, each set apart from one another, offering privacy for multiple couples or families. Each bedroom has a king bed with a “W Hotel” mattress and has its own bathroom. The master has a spacious bathroom with heated floors, a jetted tub looking out onto beautiful views, and a large, glassed-walled shower. The walk-in closet is big enough for a pack-n-play, which is included. Both of the other bedrooms also have twin-sized daybeds with popup trundles that can be converted into king beds!
OPEN LAYOUT is great for families or getaways with a group of friends. The living room has vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a remote-control operated gas fireplace. It opens into the kitchen and dining room. There is room for 8 at the dining room table, and another 4 can sit at high-top stools at the adjacent bar.
BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN with granite countertops and high-end appliances. It is stocked for people who like to cook, with plenty of serving dishes, place settings, and wine glasses. Both a Keurig and drip coffee machine are provided, as are K-cups, sweetener, and to-go cups. Common staples are also provided.
FANTASTIC OUTDOOR SPACE is right outside the great room. Step through the sliding-glass door onto a beautiful, tranquil deck. There is a PRIVATE 6-person hot tub and a propane grill for you to use.
OTHER AMENITIES include a commercial-quality boot warmer & ski/board racks, a wine cooler, high-speed wireless internet, large-screen HDTVs, cable, TiVo, Blu-Ray DVD, Chromecast, and Wii U game console.

Our family loves to spend time together, entertaining friends, and playing in Utah's great outdoors. This Park City townhome is perfect for such gatherings and fun activities, and we are happy to share it with you. When you rent our townhome, we will treat you as a guest and do everything we can to make your stay perfect. We live in Salt Lake and can thus respond quickly if you need to call us directly. We also have a 24-hour manager on call, so you can rest assured that if something goes wrong, we will make it right as soon as possible!

Why Hank Baskin chose Deer Valley
The location of Stonebridge is perfect: We felt that a ski-in, ski-out place would be great, but far too isolating. We wanted to be able to walk to downtown Park City, but love that we can take one of the frequent and free city-wide buses from right outside our complex. Our favorite ski resort is Deer Valley, and being on the east side of Park City means that we have a VERY short, 2-minute bus ride to Snow Park Lodge... no sitting through Park City traffic on powder days!
What makes this Townhome unique
We fell in love with our townhome specifically because it sits back from the road and right up against a forested mountainside. The secluded woods right outside our window and back deck are part of a protected open space and really give the sense that you are luxuriating among the aspens and evergreens. The unit is super quiet, warm, and cheerful. We love entertaining and sharing our space with friends and family, and here we have the perfect blend of privacy and openness.

I would definitely stay there again. I skied Park City and rented a car which I highly recommend.
Beautiful, clean, comfortable, new home - perfect for our family vacation! Owner Hank considerately communicated every detail about the house and area. Lots of special touches throughout the house (like hand lotion and Kleenex) made our stay feel extra welcoming!
Perfect location and very well appointed
The condo has everything you could want. Even toys and games for our family. We very much enjoyed how easily we were able to make this feel like home for our family of 5. Everything has been cared for beautifully and we could not have asked for more. It was a spectacular vacation spot!

The location was ideal, house was immaculate, well stocked with essentials, and perfect for the 8 of us. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Kids loved the hot tub, and the adults loved the amenities. My 8 year old daughter says “it was the best rental house that I’ve ever been in!”
Excellent house for three couples.
The house is large enough for three couples, plus spare kids in two of the bedrooms. Good amenities. Walking distance to Deer Valley. Extremely helpful owner who was readily available by phone or text.
Hank's home was beautiful, clean, cozy and had every amenity you could ask for. He went above and beyond to make sure the hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived and he replied immediately to any questions we had. He even came by to check on the fireplace when we couldn't get it to light. Also the location was very convenient for getting to Main Street. I would highly recommend this condo.
Our location is ideal. We are halfway between downtown Park City and Deer Valley’s main Snow Park Lodge—it’s just a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk either way! Park City’s clean and comfortable free buses stop right at our driveway every 5-7 minutes!
