About Teresa Stewart Crisp
Hello my name is Teresa Crisp, I manage this place for my father who purchased this land in 1968 from his grandfather, Boomer, hence the name Boomer Road. I have lived here in Robbinsville most of my life and love our little town. I remember being on this property when I was little at my great grandfathers house just a little ways from where you turn in. I remember catching lightning bugs in the summer. I went to elementary school and high school in Robbinsville. I hope you choose our rental. I will make every effort to make your stay enjoyable thank you so much

Why Teresa Stewart Crisp chose Robbinsville
This property was my Grandfathers and my dad purchased this particular track from him, he grew up on this lake playing with his brother and fishing and swimming in the lake it hold very special memories for all of us.
What makes this House unique
A very private place on the lake to rest and relax get away from city life. Very close to CHerohala Skyway and Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forrest. There is nothing like sitting outside by the fire just before dark and hearing the frogs holler from the lake bank

A wonderful getaway, that takes you to a great little gem of a find.
We had a wonderful little mini vacation here. This place is just what the doctor ordered. The house was very clean and plenty of space. We spent most of the time at the dock fishing and relaxing. The lake is full of fish, catfish every where. The house is very private and you can see all kinds of nature. We took our boat and the boat ramp was not to far away very convenient to the house. We did end up having boat trouble and had to call Teresa and she was so sweet and let us stay a little past check out time.We cant wait to go back.Thank you Teresa for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!!!!! Thank you so much Tonya!!! I want people to think they are like family when they stay with us, anything to make your stay enjoyable!! I appreciate you all very very much!
We really enjoyed this area of the lake. We used SUP to paddle out of Buffalo Creek. The home was clean and well equipped. The lot, dock and fire pit were definitely our highlights. The bathrooms are dated and the beds were small (but super comfortable). Great visit for the price!!
Clean Cottage/Beautiful Lake/Fun and Relaxing
My family of 4 rented this cottage for 7 nights. It is a budget-friendly, clean place that has everything you need (home away from home). We enjoyed the fire pit every night and the lake/dock nearly every day. My kids 8 and 10 loved every minute of our vacation. A few steps from your front door and you are swimming in a clean lake. We disconnected from the busy world for our 7 day stay. We caught fireflies and sat by the firepit with smores. We played our corn hole, rode our bikes, spent 2 days on the pontoon boat, and swam in the lake. Very relaxing and lots of fun. The owner, Dave, is very nice and made sure we had firewood.
Clean cottage on beautiful lake.
We rented this cottage for the 4th of July weekend. We had 4 adults and 3 children with us and still felt as though we had plenty of room both inside and outside the house. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the attention to cleanliness and simplicity of the house. While the house is older and furnishings are somewhat outdated, we were coming to spend time outside and having such a clean house made it worth it. Unfortunately it rained the entire weekend we were there but we still enjoyed lots of time outside thanks to the covered porches and carport. We swam in the lake right off the dock and even managed a few canoe trips in the rain. The owner, Dave, was very attentive and even brought us more firewood! His daughter was very helpful in setting up our travel plans. We definitely hope to visit again!
There are a lot of outdoor activities locally, from fishing hiking riding the Cherohala Highway as well as the familiar Dragon 129. In the summer months on Friday night's in the town of Robbinsville you can enjoy an old time street dance with a live band with clogging and square dancing. Easy access to Joyce Kilmer Forest and Cherohala Skyway. Hiking trails abound.
