Gorgeous unit. Huge balcony. Great building. Many parking places. Super clean. Great use of space. Enormous TV. Huge closets. Would stay again and again! Thank you so much. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for being downtown. The room was mostly clean besides garbages weren’t emptied. The communication was a bit off. Unfortunately, we could not see the check in time prior to booking this stay. We did request early check-in, but that was not able to be accommodated which is fine. We reviewed the check-in instructions which said that we could enter at 3:30 so we did. After we got in the room, I checked my phone and had a text message saying that the room would not be ready for another two hours which was strange because we were in the room and had the code to enter. We went about our business and headed out downtown and got another message at 5:50 saying that they would need another 20 minutes. Again, this is strange because we were already in the room. There was no one there to clean the room. The room was already clean. It just left us very confused. We let them know when we checked out and later in the day, we still got a text message about returning vacuums to their closet which we never even used. Again the room was nice, but all these text messages left us feeling rather confused. We would have been highly upset if we were not able to enter until after 6 PM and there wasn’t even anyone there cleaning the room.
