Why Valerie Banducci chose Traverse City
We love the fantastic location of this condo just steps from downtown. As a family that loves to be near the water, this 2 floor end unit with all windows with views of Sunset Park & Beach and West Grand Traverse Bay helped make our decision easy. We also loved the huge master bedroom as we knew it would be so comfortable for all our guests.
What makes this Condo unique
We also love being just steps from such a beautiful downtown and waterfront in Traverse City. Every saturday morning you can walk the farmer's market and enjoy a meal or shopping on Front Street. The parks so close by also offer lovely green spaces for picnics.

Wonderful location and very comfortable condo with everything you could need!
Very nice property and excellent location!
Our overall experience beginning with initial booking all the way through to check out was positive. Valerie was very quick to response with any questions or concerns. The property was exactly as advertised, upscale and excellent location. It definitely felt like home away from home. We will absolutely book this property again.
Our stay was wonderful! Condo was exactly as described! Very clean!
We were so impressed with Valerie and how quick she was with getting back to us on any questions we had pre arrival. Loved the location of the condo in he complex. Super clean, tons of ammentities, and staples such as paper towel, garbage bags, dishwasher pods were provided. We were in for my brothers wedding and several others stayed in the same complex and didn’t have any garbage bags, dishwasher pods, or paper towel. Would definitely recommend to friends and look forward to staying again!
Thanks Lauren for the awesome review. We are so happy that you had a nice time in Traverse City for the wedding.
We would love to have you back again anytime. It was a pleasure to have you stay.
Satisfied and more,
Parents rented this for out of state family gathered for reunion. By all descriptions, the two couples were pleased and satisfied; it is a high end, well appointed site. Especially glad to find a high chair for toddler. Small inconvenience, the coffee pot did not work and so morning runs across the street to McDonalds.
We would chose this unit again.
Thank you Earl for your kind comments. I'm so glad the couples enjoyed their time at our condo. I'm sorry about the coffee maker - I wish I had known and we would have immediately replaced it.
We would love to have you back again anytime.
Cozy and close to downtown
This space worked out nicely for a group of four girlfriends. The accommodations met our needs and we were close to downtown.
Thanks Amanda for choosing to stay at our condo with your friends and for your kind review. We would love to have you back again in the future.
We rented several condos in this development for a wedding weekend. The condo was wonderful and the location was perfect!
Thank you Jennifer for choosing to have your guests for your wedding at our condo. Thank you for your kind response. We appreciate it.
