Why Valerie Banducci chose Traverse City
We love the fantastic location of this condo just steps from downtown. As a family that loves to be near the water, this 2 floor end unit with all windows with views of Sunset Park & Beach and West Grand Traverse Bay helped make our decision easy. We also loved the huge master bedroom as we knew it would be so comfortable for all our guests.
What makes this Condo unique
We also love being just steps from such a beautiful downtown and waterfront in Traverse City. Every saturday morning you can walk the farmer's market and enjoy a meal or shopping on Front Street. The parks so close by also offer lovely green spaces for picnics.

Thanks Jennifer. I appreciate your kind review. See you in the spring! Stay warm.
Traverse City was a great place to visit. Condo is in a very good location.
The location in Traverse City was great. Easy access to city, and the peninsulas, and other attractions. The Condo was very clean, and the kitchen had a good stock of cooking and assorted utensils, i.e. wine openers. They left us a very good bottle of wine to start off with. The beds were very comfortable, was able to get a great nights sleep. There was traffic noise but not too bad. Living space was comfortable. Liked the bathroom up stains. Doors to both bedrooms. Bathroom down stairs had a great shower. Enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Thanks Jeff for your kind review. We are so happy you had a nice stay and would love to have you back again anytime.
Great spot for a TC getaway
Ideal unit for a getaway trip. Walking distance to downtown or to the beach. The unit had everything we needed to feel at home. Would definitely stay there again.
Thank you James. We appreciate you staying at our condo and we would welcome you back anytime.
