Why Valerie Banducci chose Traverse City

We love the fantastic location of this condo just steps from downtown. As a family that loves to be near the water, this 2 floor end unit with all windows with views of Sunset Park & Beach and West Grand Traverse Bay helped make our decision easy. We also loved the huge master bedroom as we knew it would be so comfortable for all our guests.

What makes this condo unique

We also love being just steps from such a beautiful downtown and waterfront in Traverse City. Every saturday morning you can walk the farmer's market and enjoy a meal or shopping on Front Street. The parks so close by also offer lovely green spaces for picnics.

Guestbook comments from the owner

The 4 of us had a wonderful stay in your Traverse City Condo. This was our

first time using VRBO and, based on our experience, we will certainly use

it again. We wanted more than a hotel room, we wanted a common area where

we could talk....your condo was a perfect fit for our needs.

Valerie was wonderful to work with and even left a welcome gift. Property is well stocked with the necessities and travel ideas. View from living room across street to Sunset Park and the Bay was gorgeous.

Nice place with perfect location

  • 5 of 5

2 couples enjoyed a nice wine weekend at the property. The condo was clean, tidy and spacious for 4 people. The only awkward thing was the 2 bedrooms upstairs shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. We fixed that by deciding the master bedroom guests would use the downstairs full bath. Just a very minor issue. Parking for 1 car was in a numbered position and was within walking distance of downtown. All in all a great location. If we travel back we will stay there again.

Seasoned Travelers Rave About this Rental

  • 5 of 5

We have used various “accommodations” web sites for 15+ years so consider ourselves capable of evaluating the services and facilities of a temporary home/cottage/condo, etc. and comparing it to others. Our stay at this condo was one of the most satisfying we have experienced. This is based on the following criteria:

• Communication – Valerie was always attentive, fast, thorough, friendly, and responsive to any queries or events. All financial transactions were organized and occurred as expected including prompt return of security deposit.

• Access – The digital locking mechanisms were very functional, convenient, and easy to operate. Not another set of keys to lose!

• Information – The instructions were very simple, very thorough, and short. Information on local events, restaurants, etc. was thorough and very up to date. Rental Policy was thorough and easy to understand.

• Cleanliness - Kudos to Ms. Lisa and the owner for ensuring this to be one of the cleanest units which we have experienced.

• Comfort. We found the beds, couches, lighting, Jacuzzi, tables/chairs, counters, linens, towels, etc. plentiful and much to our liking. Well decorated but not too much. Painted walls were very professional and colors comforting.

• Appliances – High quality and all functional. Washer and dryer were standard size a welcomed departure from small units.

• Utensils and dishes – An extensive array was provided and every need anticipated.

Great place to stay on a rainy OCT vacation in Traverse city

  • 5 of 5

Too bad HomeAway and the hosts do not control the weather. We booked SUN-WED and it rained the entire time. The facility is upscale and very pleasant. We would highly recommend it for any type of weather. It is convenient to Front St. and all downtown Traverse City has to offer, which was the focus of our visit.

Thanks for choosing to stay at our condo and for your kind comments. It was a pleasure to host you and would love to have you back in the future. Happy Thanksgiving, Valerie

Wonderful Stay in Traverse City

  • 5 of 5

Our first trip to Traverse City for a long fall weekend with friends. What a wonderful getaway! Our stay at Valerie's Bay Park Condo was everything we hoped for and more. Its in a great location. There are fantastic restaurants and shopping only blocks away, you can walk anywhere. Great area to explore and walk, beautiful restored homes in the surrounding neighborhood.

Upon our arrival, we found a welcome note and great beach bag left for us. A thoughtful surprise that set the tone for such a relaxing and fun getaway. The condo was immaculate and had everything you need if you choose to dine in vs. going out. We can't say enough about the accommodations, the information provided by Valerie and recommendations for dining, wineries, brewery', shopping etc. We'll definitely return. Looking forward to it already, so many more restaurants we would like to try, site seeing etc.
