Why Valerie Banducci chose Traverse City
We love the fantastic location of this condo just steps from downtown. As a family that loves to be near the water, this 2 floor end unit with all windows with views of Sunset Park & Beach and West Grand Traverse Bay helped make our decision easy. We also loved the huge master bedroom as we knew it would be so comfortable for all our guests.
What makes this Condo unique
We also love being just steps from such a beautiful downtown and waterfront in Traverse City. Every saturday morning you can walk the farmer's market and enjoy a meal or shopping on Front Street. The parks so close by also offer lovely green spaces for picnics.

Great place for our Ladies Weekend away!
We had a wonderful long weekend in Traverse! The condo was a great location, we walked downtown for shopping and dinner. The condo itself was great! Very clean, nice furnishings and incredibly comfortable beds! I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!
Very clean and super convenient location!
Our stay was excellent and Valerie was super easy to work with through the booking process. This is a great location, close to downtown!
Thanks Jeremiah. We appreciate the comment about cleanliness as it is our top priority.
You were a super guest and we would welcome you back again anytime.
Clean and convenient
Valerie was wonderful to work with and even left a welcome gift. Property is well stocked with the necessities and travel ideas. View from living room across street to Sunset Park and the Bay was gorgeous.
Thanks so much for choosing to stay at our condo. We are so pleased you had a nice weekend and hope to see you again.
Nice place with perfect location
2 couples enjoyed a nice wine weekend at the property. The condo was clean, tidy and spacious for 4 people. The only awkward thing was the 2 bedrooms upstairs shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. We fixed that by deciding the master bedroom guests would use the downstairs full bath. Just a very minor issue. Parking for 1 car was in a numbered position and was within walking distance of downtown. All in all a great location. If we travel back we will stay there again.
Very nice and comfortable
Thank you Lisa for your review. We appreciate having you stay at our condo. We would love to have you back again if you are back in Traverse City.
Great place to stay on a rainy OCT vacation in Traverse city
Too bad HomeAway and the hosts do not control the weather. We booked SUN-WED and it rained the entire time. The facility is upscale and very pleasant. We would highly recommend it for any type of weather. It is convenient to Front St. and all downtown Traverse City has to offer, which was the focus of our visit.
Hi Jim: It really is too bad you had such rainy weather. It has been a very rainy fall this year.
Traverse City is really beautiful at this time of year with the changing of the colors. Hopefully you will come back again under better conditions.
Thanks for choosing to stay at our condo and for your kind comments. It was a pleasure to host you and would love to have you back in the future.
