Approx 1 Acre of Manicured lawn, Private Heated Pool, Vineyard and Beach. Plenty of room in front and back for play or relaxation. 18x40 Gunite Pool, 104' of Private Beach and expansive views of the lovely LI Sound with Picture Perfect Sunsets. Plenty of parking and garage. Home Vineyard. Perfectly located between both Southold and Greenport Villages and close to dozens of vineyards. This is a one of a kind home.
