Oceanfront 2BR/2Bath Condo in Carolina Beach NC

Beautiful 1st floor Oceanfront condo centrally located in Carolina Beach. Enjoy Pleasure Island in this 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit condo that sleeps 8. Master bedroom with a King bed and it's own full bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk-beds. Sleeper sofa also available in the beautifully decorated living room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all that you could need during your stay. Flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms, free wi-fi. Enjoy the beach or pool both only a few steps outside your front door. Or enjoy cocktails on the balcony out the back door. Linens are NOT included but if you would like to have linens provided please let me know and we can give you the contact info for a local provider. They will have them in the condo before check in and they will pick them up after you check out.
Coin operated laundry located on the same floor.

Great Condo and perfect location

Up to date property! Great location! Close to the beach and the pool! Kitchen is FULLY stocked. Assigned parking is nice and the over flow lot was never full. Made for a great beach trip!

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on July 4th for the holiday weekend. Property was well kept and clean and the perfect location for beach access and evening activities. Our host Mark was very responsive and provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed @ "A Place @ The Beach" for a small beach getaway with my husband, son and myself. It was easy to check into and pretty close to everything! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Outstanding in EVERY way!!!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The listing is exactly as listed. It's very clean!! Excellent host communication. The location and access to the beach are excellent! The pool is nice, too! It's an easy walk to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

Great location. We missed the direction to ask for the check in code 2 hours before arrival so passing along that warning to future guests. It was a rainy week so we had bugs on the first floor, but pest control came the next day

Love this place

The place had enough space me my fiancée and my 5 kids. Very clean. Only bad thing, you cannot see the ocean from the balcony. Everything else is a plus.

Had a wonderful time here. Very nice condo. Very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive anytime we had a question. Community swimming pool was very nice and not many other communities even had a pool. The community was very well maintained. Very quiet at night and very family oriented. Just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Carolina Beach. Beaches were not over crowded like most resort beaches. We had such a great time and we hope to return here again some time in the future. Definitely would recommend this property and the entire condo complex!

Amazing stay!

Perfect accommodation for our beach weekend. The location can’t be beat, oceanfront, walkable to restaurants, stores, and activities. The unit is beautifully updated, clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are newly finished and fully equipped. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner, Mark is easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
