En Crescent Beach, a poca distancia de Old Harbour y New Harbors, este clásico Block Island Cottage es un tesoro escondido. Una de las tres habitaciones figura como la más romántica de la revista Coastal Living. El plano de planta abierto es perfecto para entretenerse sin prisa y simplemente pasar el rato. En los terrenos, las sillas Adirondack rodean una mesa con sombrilla para cenas de langosta o filetes en la parrilla de gas. Una ducha al aire libre fría y caliente se acurruca en los arbustos en flor, y puede lanzar una canoa o un kayak en la parte trasera de la casa en el estanque de marea Harbor Pond. Charming Home

Such a charming home in a great location. Really enjoyed it! Enjoyed our family gatherings in the great kitchen with a large round table to fit us all. Hope to be back soon!

Absolutely magical home

We had a blissful week in this paradise home. The location could not be better- instant access to backyard, walk down the driveway to the beach, and down the block to downtown. The hosts were kind, hospitable, and communicative. This was a perfect stay for a family plus aunt and uncle- recommend it x 1000. We absolutely will be back!

An idyllic retreat

We really didn't know what to expect, but Crescent Pond Cottage was better than we had hoped. We loved the rustic feel but appreciated the comforts and artistic sensibility of the place. You have to love your family members, because the flow through the house is open and airy. My favorite thing was opening the seafront windows wide and listening to the waves at night. Well, either that or taking a hot shower outside after a day at the beach!

The breezy cottage

We loved staying at 107 Corn Neck.. The cottage was charming and very comfortable. The wonderful salt breeze blew in the windows. The location was perfect, right across the street from beach and in walking distance to town. I would do it again.

Cottage Captures Island Vibe w/ Panache

I loved this cottage simply because I felt right at home from the moment I stepped through the wide-open door and saw the ocean views. John and Pam are wonderful hosts ( Thank you for raspberry jam! ) The location perfectly situated within walking distance of Old Harbor and New Harbor. I can't wait to come back. Jim

Hi Jim - We are almost finished booking our 2024 season. We still have weeks available in June ; 2nd - 9th; June 16-23 and June 23 - 30th. We also have weeks open after Sept 16th. Let us know if you are interested in returning to Block Island this summer. Pam & John

This is the nicest cottage rental I have ever been in. I am very sad about leaving!

I'm rushing to catch the ferry or I would write much more. Staying at this cottage has been beyond fabulous. The cottage is beautiful -- light and open and has great breezes and views. We loved it. The hosts are lovely, friendly, thoughtful people and the cottage reflects that. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need or want. The location could not be better in terms of proximity to town, beaches, etc. The cottage is in a quiet, idyllic location. We sat in the backyard and read, napped -- etc. The kitchen is fabulous. The beds are comfortable. WiFi was reliable. In short -- on a one to ten scale we would rate this cottage and the hosts 10 million. This was the best and we will miss it tremendously.
