Maui Vista #1-307 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (not hotel) with a great ocean view. Unit 1-307 is on the 3rd floor in the closest building to the beach. Just cross the road and you are on the world-renowned Kamaole Beach 1 also known as Charlie Young's Beach. Whale watch, paddle board, walk miles of sandy beach, and see the most magnificent sunsets imaginable.
Maui Vista #1-307 has a fully equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a washer and dryer, and split system air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, as well as ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and the living room has a new sofa bed for additional guests. The condo can sleep 4.
For those who need to stay in touch while on vacation, there is complimentary wireless internet service. For your enjoyment, Maui Vista #1-307 also features a 51-inch Flat Screen Smart TV and a deluxe cable package.
Same-day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickleball courts, and gas grills for your use. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on up to three weeks in advance. Maui Vista is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The condo had all the necessary amenities. The only negative was that the latch on the pole of the beach umbrella was cracked and could not be use the umbrella at the beach. Other than that, everything was great and would stay in that condo again.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed the beach just across the street and enjoyed several very tasty meals all within walking distance. There were beach chairs and flippers available so we left an umbrella to go along with them. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Awesome condo.

Great condo. Comfy bed, lounge area seating good. Had beach chair and umbrella flipper’s snorkelling gear. Air conditioning in bedroom and lounge worked great nice and quiet. Good view of the ocean. Would love to stay there again.

Location was okay. It was the towards the tail end of S. Kihei Road. Easy to navigate to and signage out front made it easy to find. The room itself wasn’t very clean. Floors and kitchen was pretty dirty. Had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean it up. Also didn’t have much extra linen for the pull-out sofa bed so we had to made do with what was provided.

Our family stayed here for our vacation from Alaska. We loved the location and view. It was very close to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool daily. The unit was clean and had some toys for the kids to use. Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location, great unit.

This unit is located right across from the beach and close to several places to eat in Kihei. The unit is a small apartment perfect size for a couple to stay. There is plenty to do with in walking distance from this condo. The only complaint was when we arrived there was a large stain on one of the blankets on the bed. We called the owners and had brand new bedding almost immediately. Everything else was clean. Overall a great place to stay.

The sunset view from our lanai was so much better than the pictures led us to believe. Parking was never a problem and we never experienced having to wait to use the pickleball courts, busy pools, or BBQs despite running into a ton of people in the complex. After having friends of our stay at a separate location during this same trip we felt as though Maui Vista was much better situated in Kihei and had more to offer.

Unable to travel, gifted the stay to a retired nurse

We have stayed in this condo before and we were so looking forward to coming back. The amenities in the condo, the cleanliness, it’s proximity to everything that is Kihei … it is perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay! We were unable to make the trip to Maui as my mother was ill. We worked with the management company to secure an arrangement with the property owner to allow us to partially gift the two week stay to a retired nurse and her foster children. Doing this allowed her to compensate us partially for the stay. We had asked to rebook for a later date and while that request was not accepted, at least someone was able to use our stay. We are looking forward to rebooking in the future!

The beach was right across the street, less than a 5 minute walk. The condo had beach umbrella, chairs and other goodies to use at the beach. The Lani had good seating and a great view. The pool was quiet and a great break from the beach. It was walking distance from places to eat and go and a short drive from other locations. My family had a blast and we do plan to return in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We had to sleep on it a few nights with our toddler son. The house is well stocked with what you need. Towels, toys for the kids, chairs, dishes and a new umbrella. My only “complaint” would be the AC units are quite loud in comparison to some of the other places we have rented in Maui vista but atleast it cooled the place off! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit

That was the best part of this condo.I wasn’t really impressed with the condo itself.Just little things.Absolutely no washcloths for bathroom or kitchen.They give you one partial roll of toilet paper and three extra rolls. The extra rolls are the Dollar Store size.Paper towels were also the cheapest found.Seems petty but when you pay so much to stay there it seemed ridiculous.Also the condo was in need of a good cleaning. Bathroom was dirty, tile, trim, grout.If this was mine I would have fired the cleaning person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely little condo in an excellent location; one of our favorite beaches, Charly Young, is right across the street. It is right above the pool, which was a bit noisy at times, but the view of the ocean more than made up for that. The bed was cozy and other than occasional noise from the pool,the pace was very quiet. I enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. The only hiccup we had was the air conditioner in the bedroom. It started making a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep. However, the property management company responded right away and had someone come look at it and it seemed fine for the rest of our time there. Also, there was no condiments at all, not even salt and pepper, so we left some salt and pepper there for the next people!
