Greatly place to stay.

Max and Vivian has everything you need in the condo, very quiet, just short distance to the beach. Local restaurants with in walking distance. Looking forward to come back. Thanks again Arved and Marta

Thank you for your interest. We are a family that reside near by in the Tampa Metropolitan area, and Purchase this unit for summer stay, as our beach house. During the winter, we stay at the beach less frequently, thus the exploration of a rental opportunity. We do not rent by weekends nor by week; just looking for folks that would like to spend time at a great location, and love the beach front way of life.
