From SUITEOAKS-Guest Book of the Terrace Cottage:
''What a wonderful surprise to find such amazing hospitality. We so loved staying here and will return again...Looking forward to it.''

Neal and Shray were great hosts. Neal was kind enough to make me a latte upon our arrival and brought fresh bread for breakfast the next morning. The unit had all we needed. Location was good. Walking distance to town and near many wineries.
We just returned from our second visit to Suiteoaks and it hasn't lost its charm. We love staying here. The units/cottages are decorated like something out of a magazine, but in a comfortable cozy way. Neal and Shray are always available for questions or whatever you may need. You are treated like family. Petaluma is also the most quaint town with so much to do from shopping to winery's to restaurants. If you can get a room here, it is a must for your next trip to this area.
My husband and I spent 3 nights here for our one year anniversary. When we walked into the cottage, our initial impression was how clean and cozy everything looked. The owner, Neal, and his wife were nothing short of accommodating. The cottage had everything you could think of - including makeup wipes, cotton balls, and q-tips. There was magazines and pamphlets on nearby businesses in Petaluma and the surrounding areas. Although the only time my husband and I spent in the cottage was to shower, sleep, or get dressed in the mornings, it was very accomodating. The cottage is located on the owner's property, but never once did we feel bothered. Neal checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us his personal phone number just in case. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
Neal and Shray offered me exactly what I was looking for: a quiet place to relax, unwind, and soak up some sun by the pool. The attention to details that make a place comfortable and homey such as throw pillows and blankets, table lamps, flowers and art make the stay much more enjoyable than a typical VRBO or especially a hotel room. The little unexpected treats such as zucchini bread on check-in and an iced latte one day by the pool were delightful! I was looking for nothing but a comfortable, rejuvenating place to read, nap, and swim for a few days and SuiteOaks was it!!
Near downtown Petaluma yet secluded this hidden cottage in a garden under a grove of oaks sparkles with an elegant sense of style and every detail you might need carefully considered. Neal and Shray are delightful hosts. Bill and I had fun sharing a few moments talking about rugs and art. Thanks for your homemade bread and perfect restaurant suggestion. Loved it all!
