Only a few miles from downtown Boyne City, Boyne Mountain, East Jordan and Charlevoix.

Fall break

Property and view were beautiful. Everything in house on one level which worked very well for us along with great deck and furniture. Private setting Cooked hot dogs on fire pit waterside. Well stocked with essentials. Very satisfying trip for us!

A wonderful place!

This property is beautiful! We have stayed here for about 5 years and we love it! The new fire pit area right by the water is a great new addition!

Family vacation

Great location. Enjoyed the lakefront everyday. Property very clean, had everything we needed, decorated well and comfortable. However for the rental price, we were disappointed to see outdated bathrooms and beds.

Lovely Summer Home

This great house is perfect. Very nicely appointed and comfortable. Checking and out was a breeze. The lake is nice for a swim or just gazing. A bit wavy with the wind or boat traffic. Overall a great experience.

Great Place!

We had a great two weeks at this "cottage". This four bedroom is much roomier on the inside than you would think. It's totally re-done on the inside and beautiful. It has a large yard and is very doggie friendly. They have all of the kitchen supplies you could ever need. Their yard is huge and is great to play outdoor games. Thank you, Breck and Mindy, for allowing us into your home for a great family vacation!

Stunning!

Unassuming from the street, absolutely beautiful inside, plenty of room for large families. The huge, mostly shaded yard is perfect for playing sports or just relaxing on the giant deck! We love the outside shower and the tiki bar down by the lake too. We always look forward coming back each summer!
