A beautifully furnished 2-bedroom condo, Casa Marina 612-6 truly offers the best of all worlds. As you enjoy a coffee or a cocktail on your balcony overlooking a canal, you’ll almost feel as if you’re in Europe--but once a dolphin or a manatee swims by, you’ll realize you can’t be anywhere else but sunny Florida! 2 week minimum in season, and 1 week minimum out of season

Not only is Casa Marina 612-6 directly on a canal that leads out to Estero Bay, but it’s also just a short walk to the velvety sands of Fort Myers Beach and the serene waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Equally close is Santini Marina Plaza, with its restaurants and shops. A few blocks from the complex is a stop for the trolley that runs the length of the barrier island, so that you can make it to the lively Times Square area in minutes without having to drive. And just a few miles south is Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike, bike, canoe, and kayak among mangroves and marsh rabbits, egrets and eagles.

However you spend your days, you’ll love coming home to Casa Marina 612-6. The airy, sunny rooms are furnished with equal emphasis on elegance and comfort. The beautiful living room sectional, for instance, is large enough to seat the whole gang for movie night and sumptuous enough to become a favorite nap spot. It even opens into a queen-size bed, so that the unit can sleep up to 6 people in all.

In addition to a table and chairs for 4 on the balcony, there’s an indoor dining table for 4 and an adjacent breakfast bar that seats 4 more. Or use the breakfast bar as a mini desk where you can catch up on email--Casa Marina 612-6 has free wifi--or work on crafts with the kids.

The bright, open kitchen area has enough storage space that you can stock up at the supermarket during the beginning of your stay and not have to venture back. It’s also equipped with all the appliances, cookware, tableware, and prep utensils you could possible need, whether you’re hosting a seven-course feast or microwaving leftovers from the previous night’s restaurant meal.

If you like to catch up on your sleep while on vacation, you’re in luck. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to create a restful haven at the end of another fun-filled day. The master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and a TV, also has sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony. Enjoy a late-night drink under the stars, or wake up early to catch the sunrise (you can always roll back into bed afterward!).

The 2nd bedroom, nearly as spacious as the master, has a queen-size bed as well as its own TV. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which will make mornings much more relaxed. A bounty of fresh towels and linens will be ready and waiting for you; the beds will be made so that if you want to head straight to sleep upon arrival, you can! For additional convenience, Casa Marina 612-6 has its own washer and dryer.

Among the building’s amenities is a spacious heated pool facing the canal, surrounded by deck chairs and palm trees. When you’re not swimming or sunning, you can walk along the canal and even fish from one of the docks, waving to the boaters sailing past. Beautifully decorated, well supplied condo; lovely view from the lanai; short walk to beautiful pool

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this lovely condo. Upon our arrival, we found the neighbours to be extremely friendly and helpful. Our party consisted of two grandparents, young couple and their three month old. The location is perfect....close to everything including beach, restaurants (with great take out options) drug store, etc. yet removed from the hustle and bustle of Estero Blvd. The pool area is lovely, spacious and very clean. Really, the only improvement we would recommend would be to upgrade the master bedroom pillows from standard size to king size for the king size bed. All in all, we would definitely recommend this condo.

A great condo,with beautiful view

Had problems finding the right unit. Had to go back to office. They didn't explain how the number of building ,and no. of Condo. A gentleman came that lived there and explained how the numbers worked. Then we finally found it. Other than that,every thing was great.
