Modern and spacious high-floor two bedroom condo, and tasteful tropical furnishings and art. Welcome to our designer outfitted high floor condo with an ocean-facing view. Enjoy ocean and surf-break views from the spacious lanai, golf course and mountain views from the master bedroom, and the nice trade-in breeze blowing from the Koolau Mountains into Waikiki.

Featuring granite counters, all new furnishings and upgrades throughout, and with over 800 square feet of space to relax in. Prime, central Waikiki location and a visitor-friendly building.

Tucked in a quaint Waikiki neighborhood, but close to all the best of Waikiki; a 5 minute stroll to the prime area of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach (right by the Duke Statue), or the new International Marketplace. Conveniently situated just off of Kuhio Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue boardwalks with tons of shopping and dining options. The Food Pantry market is also just five minutes away, as is King's Village and the Hyatt Regency's open markets selling local fruit and baked goods on weekday afternoons.

The two bedroom, one bath suite features a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a full and a twin bed in the second bedroom. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room if an extra sleeping option is needed.

Your suite features a Samsung Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, digital cable TV with free Showtime Movie channels. Stay connected with Wifi high speed internet and free local and Canada telephone calling. There is air conditioning in each room, and there are usually nice tradewind breezes to keep you cool.

Fully-outfitted kitchen with granite counters and island features a gas range and is fully-stocked with quality cookware, blender, BBQ tongs & utensils, and even a rice cooker. We provide everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, parasol and boogie boards. We offer nice attention to detail and provide all you need for a comfortable stay.

Free reserved, covered parking is included in case you want to rent a vehicle and explore the island.

This is a quality, visitor-friendly condo which has great amenities, including a rooftop barbecue & sunning deck with panoramic ocean and island views. The pool deck features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a fitness room.

Note that we do not accept short stay bookings under 6 nights well in advance. If under 30 days there is a 2 night minimum, and we offer a late booking discount if under 30 days to arrival date. Note: if we have an opening in our calendar we will gladly make an exception for a stay under six nights if there are only a limited no. of days available (under the six night minimum).

Great location, comfortable and clean

It was a great location first of all. A couple of blocks to all the hotels and businesses, and the beach. Enjoyed night walks. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. High floor with lots of windows. Access was easy, although Google Map points us to a gate that gets locked up sometimes, so one may need to navigate to another entrance via small streets. Parking space is quite narrow especially for big minivans/SUVs but that's not uncommon at all at Maui. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great place for our family of 5

The condo was great! This was our first trip to Honolulu but we got a lot of recommendations from friends and family who have been here before. Since we were staying in a condo as opposed to a hotel, everyone said, go to Costco, which we did. We probably bought a bit too much food thinking we would eat in a lot, but unfortunately we ended up having to throw out a bunch of perfectly good food. Lesson learned for next time.

The condo itself was great, it had all the amenities that we needed, beach gear like a couple of umbrellas, inflatable toys, a couple of towels, and the boogie boards which my 3 kids loved to use. The kitchen also had plenty of plates and utensils for the few times we had to use them.

The room AC units were OK. It probably helped that it wasn't too humid during our stay in the first week in October, but I'm not sure how they would do if the weather was warmer. The rooms were also decent sized and met our needs perfectly.

The condo was also in a great location. Its really a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The parking spot was a great benefit of the condo because it is tough to find parking.

All in all it was a great condo for our first time using a service like this.

Loved this place

Great location. Could walk around easily to shops and beach in both directions. Most amazing views yet felt like home for our stay. Plenty of places to eat surrounding the complex. We did enjoy the food good. Check in time is 3pm which if your flight arrives in early morning means a bit of hanging around so be prepared. . Pleased that when we could get in that the condo was everything promised.

Almost perfect!

First off, we would stay there again if/when we return to Oahu. The condo was cool, clean, convenient and the view was beautiful.

Staying a week in the condo had just a few small details that, if were addressed, would have resulted in a 5-star rating.

We were a family of 4, but there were only bath towels and washcloths for 3. Hand towels would have been nice as well.

The kitchen only had one dish towel. It also only had 1 trash bag... the one in the trash can itself. We made do with using smaller bags from ABC store and tying them up. I should also say that I did not request more bags or towels when we were there. We just worked around it.

Having said that, the beds were cozy and we enjoyed the abundance of pillows (missing a few pillow cases though). We also used the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment!! The table and chairs outside were used daily. The laundry room was immaculate and we enjoyed using the pool AND the roof BBQ.

I went ahead and left a plastic cutting board for others to use. I had read a prior review where the individual said they wished there was a cutting board. Hopefully it's still there. :)

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. This issue has actually already been addressed with our housekeeping manager. Note that we ask our guests up front on our Condo Information to please "inform us promptly" if they have any needs, so we can promptly take action to make their stay comfortable. We would have been glad to bring extra towels the same day, or night if necessary. The kitchens always have at least one or two good cutting boards, however sometimes they go missing without us noticing. We have since put in two nice cutting boards. Aloha, Jim

a great place to stay

Location and the Unit are the best for your money.

living room is great. 55 in samsung Smart TV is great. couch is great. IKEA furniture simple and clean. kitchen is great. (just need a cutting board)

WIFI is super great.(better than what I have at home which is top of line from

bedrooms are great. brand new wood floor. very clean.

complimentary beach gear is nice. (the umbrella base has some rivets loose, every thins else is nice).

walking to waikiki from LILIOUKALANI is the best.

236 grocery downstairs is very convenient.

GPS search using 2450 Tusitala is better to get into parking.

building is very clean and secure. seems just newly renovated inside out.

Capili street is a bit messy from old city life style, buy has nothing to do with Lanais, it didn't bother us.

ocean view to see surfing condition and early surfers is very nice.

just a few buiding further than super expensive hotels but you have everything much better much bigger than those hotels.

we are very happy with the stay, can come back anytime.

Great Stay for more Budget-Conscious Family

Overall we had an enjoyable stay here.


1. LOVED the beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, drying rack for wet bathing suits, etc.) We left snorkel masks for the next renters!

2. Location: About an 8 min. walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, great shopping.

3. Parking was included. Very convenient as this area is quite congested with cars. The spaces are narrow, so a smaller car is better. Parking a mini-van was possible, but tight.

4. Most kitchen items were available for cooking so we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

5. Jim was very attentive to our needs and responded to our texts the same day. He was also very fair. When I mentioned we had no dishwasher soap, he offered to bring over some pods, or reimburse me for soap if we purchased it. Also, when the pool was originally going to be closed for renovations during our week, Jim offered to reimburse us $25 per day that we couldn’t use the pool. (It ended up being open during our stay.)

6. Flexibility-we were able to check in early, which was convenient and appreciated.

7. Good size rooms, and nice, big, walk-in closet with a mirror in master bedroom. Great for our 2 children to have their own beds in the 2nd bedroom.

8. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and gym almost daily.

9. Appreciated the AC in each room, as it was hot and humid every day. (Though not allowed to set it below 70 degrees.)


1. If you’re looking for a very quiet place, this is not the place for you. Since it’s in the downtown area, we did hear sirens, garbage truck, etc.

2. Not in the nicest part of downtown. For example, on our walk to the beach, down the street from Waikiki Lanais, we saw a couple of toilets sitting on the grass outside other apt. units, and some old mattresses. It’s in an area with older, more run-down apts./condos.

3. Some additional kitchen items would have been helpful, such as a cutting board so we could cut our pineapples!

4. A few minor things needed to be fixed/replaced (e.g., towel rack in bathroom kept falling down, 2 out of the 3 magnets in the shower curtain were missing, sheets on master bed were torn, glass window slats adjuster didn’t work for 1 of the windows, I struggled to get the sliding glass door to lock, etc.)

5. Had a minor ant problem beginning on day 2.

Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in the Waikiki area rather than spending $400/night in a smaller-size hotel room with no kitchen, I’d recommend this place.
