Waikiki Lanais is close to all the best of Waikiki; a 5 minute stroll to the prime area of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach right by the Duke Statue, and closely situated to the Kuhio Av. and Kalakaua Avenue boardwalk and shops and dining. The Food Pantry market is five minutes away, as is King's Village and its open market selling local fruit and baked goods on weekday afternoons.
This two bedroom, one bath suite features a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, and a full and a twin bed in the second bedroom. There is a high quality pullout sofa bed in the living room if an extra sleeping option is needed.
Your suite features a 46' Samsung Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, digital cable TV with Showtime Movie channels. Stay connected with Wifi high speed internet and free local and Canada telephone calling. There is air conditioning in each room, though you may not need it as there are usually nice tradewind breezes to keep you cool.
Fully-outfitted kitchen with granite counters and bartop features a gas range and is fully-stocked with quality cookware, blender, BBQ tongs & utensils and even a rice cooker. We provide everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, parasol and boogie boards. We offer nice attention to detail and provide all you need for a comfortable stay.

Waikiki Lanais is a quality, visitor-friendly condo which has great amenities, including a rooftop barbecue & sunning deck with panoramic ocean and island views. The pool deck features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a fitness room.
Note that Waikiki Lanais has undergone over a million dollars in upgrades to the pool deck, including the pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, pool deck shower and these are all recently completed. The Rooftop sunning and barbecue deck and lounge counter upgrades are also now completed for guests to enjoy!

Great visitor-friendly condo in a great Waikiki location. Our condos are designer upgraded and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A short stroll to the prime part of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach, Canoes.
Spacious and comfortable, with for more to offer than a nearby more expensive hotel. Gourmet kitchen, 840 square feet of space, ocean facing views, rooftop BBQ's, pool and jacuzzi, and more. Hotels cannot match these offerings.
This was the first time I've stayed in a location like this in Honolulu and I absolutely loved it! It was a nice place with a great view and was exactly what we expected! The owners are amazing and work amazing with the guest and if anything arises they are very quick to respond and help out in any way possible. I am very pleased with the whole stay and when I return back to Honolulu I will be contacting them again to have another amazing experience!
We had a great time. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Only a couple of blocks from the beach. Can't wait to come back.
The apartment was clean and tidy. It was in a great location with easy walking distance to most of Waikiki's attractions and night life. We loved the beach equipment as we spent a lot of time at the beach and it really made the whole experience more enjoyable.
This is a wonderful location with all of the amenities of home - seriously! They have towels, chairs and floaties for the beach. My parents were traveling with us so this was the perfect spot to drop our bags, make breakfast, have drinks and enjoy a tall view from the balcony! Walking distance to everything in Waikiki and incredibly responsive when we needed something leading up to and during our stay!
My sister and another friend and I stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We really liked it. We wanted somewhere with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a view of the water (albeit through other buildings) and we couldn't beat the price. The property was well-maintained. I can't say enough good things about Jim. He was so easy to deal with. One day a bedroom door slammed in the breeze and locked itself. We couldn't open it and while we were fine with accessing the bedroom through the balcony, Jim came right over and fixed it.
Location: The apartment is probably about 5 blocks back from the beach in a roundabout way. I think when we looked it up, it said it was 600 metres from Waikiki Beach. Some days it was a bit of a chore to walk back there but since we were eating and drinking way too much it was probably a good thing to get some exercise and be out of the craziness of Waikiki. The area is a bit rundown but we never felt unsafe. Also there's everything you could need around it. ABC shops on every block, Alamo if you want to rent a car for a day and other grocery stores.
Amenities: The car parking space is so good. We had a smaller SUV and it just fitted the space. The pool and spa were fantastic. The pool was always cold. We used the rooftop as well. You need to fob key to get anywhere so it's very secure. There is also a laundry on the 5th floor and it was only $2 a load.
Apartment: It's probably not quite as big as it appears in the pictures but it was great for us. Like I said we were three adults. My sister and I shared the second bedroom because there were two beds in there and it was fine. Not huge but we fitted two big suitcases in there. Also the aircon worked great in that room. The master bedroom was big and has a walk in robe where all the great beach equipment is stored. Heaps of room there. But the aircon wasn't great in that room or the living room like other posters have mentioned. We were ok because there was only one day that was really hot. The bathroom was a decent size and the kitchen is big. We were very comfortable. I think it says you could sleep 7 people there. I would hesitate to do that unless you are super close or trying to save money. I think it would be perfect for a family with two kids. The balcony is great too. Really nice views at sunrise and sunset. It was so relaxing. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to our friends who are looking for affordable accommodation.

Note that we do not accept short stay bookings under 6 nights well in advance. If under 30 days there is a 2 night minimum, and we offer a late booking discount if under 30 days to arrival date. Note: if we have an opening in our calendar we will gladly make an exception for a stay under six nights if there are only a limited no. of days available (under the six night minimum).
We offer generous discounts for extended stays and last minute bookings. Email us your inquiry (rather than calling) for a prompt quote.
