Tucked in a cozy Waikiki neighborhood, but close to all the best of Waikiki; a 5 minute stroll to the prime area of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach (right by the Duke Statue), or the new International Marketplace. Conveniently situated just off of Kuhio Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue boardwalks with tons of shopping and dining options. The Food Pantry market is also just five minutes away, as is King's Village and the Hyatt Regency's open markets selling local fruit and baked goods on weekday afternoons.
The two bedroom, one bath suite features a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a full and a twin bed in the second bedroom. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room if an extra sleeping option is needed.
Your suite features a Samsung Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, digital cable TV with free Showtime Movie channels. Stay connected with Wifi high speed internet and free local and Canada telephone calling. There is air conditioning in each room, and there are usually nice tradewind breezes to keep you cool.
Fully-outfitted kitchen with granite counters and island features a gas range and is fully-stocked with quality cookware, blender, BBQ tongs & utensils, and even a rice cooker. Great visitor-friendly condo in a great Waikiki location. Our condos are designer upgraded and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A short stroll to the prime part of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach, Canoes.
What makes this Condo unique
Spacious and comfortable, with for more to offer than a nearby more expensive hotel. Gourmet kitchen, 840 square feet of space, ocean facing views, rooftop BBQ's, pool and jacuzzi, and more. Hotels cannot match these offerings.

We had a great time staying in this condo.It was nice and clean when we walked in.The place isn’t too far from the beach and we were able to walk back and forth easily.Free parking space was a big plus.The rooftop had an amazing view and pool and laundry room was nice and clean.Great place for a small group to stay at.They are very strict about quiet time after 10 so this is not the place to party at.
Spacious and walking distance to everything
This was a great place for my family (4 adults 1 toddler) to stay at. It was spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed, primarily a kitchen and fridge to store and cook food for my toddler. I was extremely appreciative of the fact that there are elevators in the building since everywhere we went, we had a big and heavy stroller and diaper bag with us. Being up on the 19th floor had an amazing view, we didn’t bother going up to the rooftop for the view since it was only 3 more floors up and 2 floors from the Penthouse. The location is perfect because it is 2 small blocks from the main street where shopping and restaurants are located. It was a 5 mins walk to the international marketplace. Lastly, the free parking is a big stress reliever. parking is very difficult in that area, so to know that we could take the car out and drive it around the island without having to worry about where or how far we’re going to have to park the car especially with a toddler was icing on the cake. We will be staying here again next time we come back.

(1) Jim and Yas (Primo property manager/owner) were communicative, responsive, and thoughtful; (2) the flat and furnishings were fundamentally clean, harmonious in design, and comfortable; and
(3) the proximity to the heart of Waikiki's commercial and beachfront areas was ideal.
Love the proximity of the condo to Waikiki Beach.
The condo is very clean. Very spacious and has a large balcony. Only problem is the sliding door is stuck in its tracks. No way to open. To get out there, we have to go through the master bedroom and when someone is sleeping, it is not convenient. Please fix that. The towels and bed linen is very clean. Best I’ve seen through all my stay at different places.
No light bulb to one of the night stands but that was not a problem.
The property on the whole is clean and we felt safe. Checking in was a breeze
Thanks for your review, we appreciate it. The sliding door casters needed to be replaced, and has been done - sorry about that. If guests let us know in a timely manner, we can make any repairs, etc., right away. We are so glad to here you found the cleanliness to be top notch, this is something we take very seriously.
Comfortable apartment in convenient location
We had a great week in this apartment which is close to the beach, shops and central Waikiki. 5th floor laundry clean and very easy, beds comfortable and while the neighbourhood is not ritzy it's convenient and the on-site parking is very handy. Great for a group or family. Great communication with the very helpful managers.
None of us could sleep well in the beds. They were terrible. Place was okay clean wise as long as you didn't look under the beds. Housekeeping was a lot of money to not have that area cleaned as well.
Sorry to hear about the beds causing you to not be able to sleep well! This is surprising as we only use new, semi-firm top quality brand name mattresses (i.e., Serta Perfect Sleeper). Will inspect and make changes as necessary. We want our guests to have comfortable beds, as it is also an important aspect of the accommodations.
