Truly get away from it all at stunning High Haven! This home is perched at the base of the Craggy Mountains and overlooks the sweeping Swannanoa Valley. Watch the sunrise over the Blue Ridge Mountains at 4,000 feet from the cozy living area or back deck, and at night, enjoy the dazzling city lights of Black Mountain and Swannanoa in the distance. A quick 15-minute drive from the shops, restaurants, breweries, and activities in the charming small town of Black Mountain, High Haven promises convenience along with tranquility!

The primary bedroom is surrounded by a large bank of oversized windows, and the bath has a platformed Jacuzzi tub. The professional quality kitchen with granite countertops has a Standard Drip and Keurig coffeemaker available. A new widescreen 47-inch HDTV has been added to the living area, and a 37-inch HDTV has been added to the primary bedroom. This home also offers high-speed internet for your convenience.

Upper Level: Primary bedroom with queen bed and garden tub; Bedroom with queen bed; Full hall bath; Open sleeping loft with two twin beds.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and had the best time ever! Grey beard rentals was extremely professional and very helpful! They even have an app that can guide you when looking for shopping, resturaunts, or even entertainment! We will be staying at this cabin again!! One of the best!

Well appointed property with top of the line furnishings including Wi-Fi, satellite big screen flat TVs, stainless steel kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, front and rear decks. Near plenty of wildlife and recreational areas.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had specifically requested the place to be 10 min and walkable distance for the senior center, the location suggested was so remote, isolated and scary,it was 7 miles from the senior center;forget about walkable, it took 30 min drive though the winding roads; the drive up the last 500 feet- was dangerous. There were only 3 of us and we were very uncomfortable coming back to the cabin at 12 midnight. Could not sleep well any of the nights. Extremely disapointed .
