My family and I are fortunate enough to have bought this home more than 40 years ago, before the ski area opened. We lived and raised our young family in this home before moving to and settling in Hawaii. We still spend a lot of our time in Telluride to ski in the winter, hike and bike and attend the various festivals in the summer.

Why they chose this property

The location could not be better, we have a fabulous view of the ski area and surrounding mountains, a front row to the people watching and sunset alpine glow from main street, and walking distance to all of the town amenities.

What makes this property unique

This is an historic home, over one hundred years old. The red brick exterior is absolutely charming, with a lovely sitting area to relax after your adventurous day. In the summer time you can enjoy the back yard with a BBQ and great views of the surrounding mountains. The interior is meticulously decorated with your absolute comfort in mind. We hope it is very obvious that we love this home.
