Cette belle maison nouvellement décorée de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain est une combinaison fabuleuse de décor de bon goût, de confort et de commodité. Le cœur de la maison est sa grande et grande pièce comprenant le salon avec cuisinière à gaz, le coin repas et la cuisine. Parfait pour que la famille se réunisse à la fin de la journée et raconte des histoires de leurs aventures à Grand Lake. Cette propriété est sur un terrain immense avec un foyer et des coins salons ext��rieurs. De plus, il y a un grand stationnement pour voitures, motoneiges et remorques de bateaux. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse avec un gril à gaz. Idéalement situé en ville, vous pourrez vous rendre au lac, à la promenade, aux restaurants et au théâtre. Aussi, situé près du sentier de motoneige en dehors de la ville. Cette unité a la télévision par câble et WiFi. DEMANDE UNE LOCATION A LA SEMAINE POUR LES VACANCES DU 4 JUILLET. Perfect stay for our family

The location couldn’t be beat! There is so much within walking distance: restaurants, shops, lake, playground, etc.. I would absolutely recommend this home and hope to return soon!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful trip staying in this cabin! The property manager was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating! The property is perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The location is awesome for staying in Grand Lake! We also met a lot of the neighbors who were very friendly and welcoming!

Booked this property for the 4th of July with family. This home is absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, well stocked with necessities, SO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND THE LAKE! We wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Short walk to downtown Grand Lake!

Great place. Spacious and comfy for 6 people, a baby, and a dog. Walking distance to downtown. Short drive to RMNP for hiking. Highly recommend!

Grand Splendor

The four of us loved this home for its coziness and location! We could walk to town to dine and shop. From our deck, we could hear the summer bands. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen completely stocked with all the necessities. We look forward to renting this home again!! Delightful stay!!!

Very good stay

This is a very well located property, close to everything in Grand Lake. The house was immaculate. Communication with the rental agent was very good. The only thing we would suggest is that some of the pots and pans could use replacement. Overall this is a great value in a great location.

Great location. Five star property, but three star property management company. Only a block off the main board walk, three blocks from the lake, a rare find and a great size rental for a large family. Beautiful deck, fire pit, dog friendly. The property is five star. However, I feel bad for the owners because the property management company impacts the experience, weird corners are cut to pinch every penny possible. Be prepared to come with more than you have ever had to bring for a VRBO example only two dishwasher pods provided for a house that sleeps 8- for a four night booking- only one bathroom has hand soap- not both, not even a small amount of laundry soap provided to wash your items from the lake, no kleenex box in the house. Easily the least stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in and I certainly do not think this is the intention of the homeowner.

If we had been made aware during your stay that you needed additional supplies, someone from our team would have happily gone out of their way to bring them to you. Our goal is always to provide a great stay within the homeowner’s budget, but we unfortunately can’t control every single stocking decision or the occasional slip-up from housekeeping. Many of our owners do choose to add extra supplies themselves, and we’re happy to help facilitate that for future guests.
