Our home at 15 Seagull Trail is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy a relaxing seaside vacation. We are located between the Marina and the Bald Head Island Club and are truly waterfront with an unobstructed 180 degree of the water unlike oceanview homes with only narrow views between the waterfront homes The natural sea breezes keep the noseeums and mosquitoes at a minimum, unlike the forest and marsh homes. Seagull Trail with only 7 homes and large lots have privacy and quiet, unlike the high density housing of Killegray Ridge, Floras Bluff, the Marina, and other planned communities. The ample deck with two screened porch areas has eight rockers, benches, and picnic table. It is the perfect outdoor gathering place to view the beautiful sunsets over the water, the dolphins and seabirds, and the large ships going into the Cape Fear River.
Our kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and an undercounter ice machine. No more running out of ice on hot summer days! Also, we have 4 flat screen TVs, 2 with Blu-ray DVD players. There are two queen beds and two sets of twins. The two bedrooms with the twin beds have their own TV/DVD/VCRs. Each equal-sized bedroom has its own full bath and water views. The loft has a 360 degree view and a futon. Our timber-frame home even has vaulted timbers overhead in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an enclosed under-house shower with hot & cold water, a fish cleaning station, and a garage with 8+ bicycles, beach chairs, charcoal grill and two 4-passenger and one 6-passenger golf carts, plus an air compressor in garage.
There are games, puzzles, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and a basket full of beach toys. Fishing is excellent right off our beach. We offer optional membership to the Shoals Club at cost. Our weekly rates represent some of the best values for waterfront homes on Bald Head Island!

Beautiful views! Perfect location facing west for magnificent sunsets! Well stocked kitchen. Very quiet area for a perfect girl’s weekend!
Girls weekend getaway
The house was well laid out for a girls weekend getaway. 4 bedrooms, 4 showers, nicely appointed kitchen, Clean, 3 golf carts, and lots of fun. Frank is easy to work with and responds quickly to all questions. Great time had by all!

Beautiful, well maintained
Enjoyed our stay
We loved this cottage! It could not have been more perfect for our two families of 4. Great location with a little beach just steps away. The kids loved the sunsets, floating away on the inner tubes and seeing the barges pass by. There are 3 golf carts, so we had plenty of room for our beach necessities - chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards -- also provided by the cottage -- when we ventured off down the road to South and East Beaches. Just a wonderful vacation. We hope to make it an annual trip! Thank you so much!
Favorite beach house ever!
This place is amazing! Great beach access which is almost a private beach as we only saw a few people out there all week. And you can walk up the beach to the marina to the coffee shop. Loved being so close to the marina area and Old Baldy. The house faces west so we were treated to postcard sunsets every night and even fireworks one night going on over at Oak Island. Great screen porches to relax on and we ate outside every night. The owner is very easy to work with and we would love to return next year!

Additional information about rental rates
Rates do not include NC tax of 6.75%, Blad Head Island tax of 6%, ferry & tram service or mainland parking. There is also a $300.00 damage deposit, returnable when all conditions of the rental contract is met. We require a signed rental agreement from us to secure and finalize the reservation.
