Caswell Beach oceanfront rentals

This was an incredible place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions we had, even on Sunday! They also provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including a welcoming gift, a map of the area, and an incredible guide that allowed us to find restaurants and amenities in the area. Would absolutely stay again next year.

We loved our stay, and would stay there again! The location was ideal. We could see the ocean from the living room, master bedroom, air conditioned patio, and deck. The walk to the beach was pretty short and we were able to find a large section of the beach where we could be by ourselves once we got there. We were also close to one of the pools. I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We did have some issues:There were bright lights outside of 2 of the bedrooms that made sleeping a challenge. One of the mattresses in the room with twin beds needs to be replaced, luckily we didn't need it. The other beds were comfortable. I thought the price was high, but because I booked last minute for a busy week at the beach I was not surprised.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here during our first ever NC beach vacation. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this condo was such a delight. There is ample space to relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and my kids loved the bunk beds. One of the things I appreciated most was how well-stocked it was; from the kitchen to the beach gear, the hosts do an excellent job of making sure you have what you need. As a bonus, the beach is an easy 3 minute walk and the neighborhood is well-maintained and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The listing is exactly what you get and more. The condo was comfortably decorated and we felt right at home. We loved the large outdoor patio. We also enjoyed being able to use the electric grill. The kitchen has all the amenities and appliances you could want. Having the bikes, wagon, and chairs for the beach was a big plus. Location to the beach is great and an easy walk, especially with the wagon. There are a lot of good restaurants and shopping between Oak Island and Southport. My only suggestion would be a new sofa, the one there is worn out. Not a negative but just for awareness there are several stairs to climb to the front door, which the listing does state there are stairs. We would definitely go back. Our whole family loved it. Was a wonderful stay in a clean and well organized condo. Location could not have been better, right on the beach. Quick drive to restaurants, stores, and other activities.

The condo is located close to South Port, Holden beach and of course Oak Island shopping and restaurants. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed to get started. Did I mention a killer view? Well this condo has it. We will definitely be back!

The property was located in the perfect spot for our family, who all wanted to enjoy down time while being very close to the beach. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The short walk to the ocean and beach were great. Being very close to one of the neighborhood pools was really great too! While the temps were in the mid 60's to low 70's, it was a much needed respite from the cold winter weather in the great state of Michigan! :) We would recommend this property to everyone.

Our stay at Toes In The Water was great. I love visiting the beach in the off season and this was a perfect find. The property was a nice complex, and although the weather was not sunny, it provided us a great place to see the ocean and was far enough away to not have bustling traffic but close enough to get to Oak Island or Southport. Would come back when we are back in the area again! The condo was updated and beds were comfy. We loved the view!
