Second story studio unit (no elevator)

Oversized 500 square foot studio on independent second level with private entrance (stairs, no elevator). Faces south on inter-coastal waterfront with private dock. Walk to beaches, fine dining, beach festivals and shopping.

Kayaks with life jackets, bikes, basketball goal, beach wagon, cooler, and beach chairs! There is complimentary wifi, a full laundry room, outside dining with grill, and basic fishing poles to catch your dinner! So come with your bathing suit and suitcase. Owners live next door and welcome visitors to use the pool 9am to 8pm daily.

Enjoy dolphins, manatees, fish, and birdlife right from your private dock. Perfect sunsets with full patio and bar for those perfect cook outs.

Brand new remodel in Dec 2014. Wall to wall tile flooring, full renovation in the bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, and brand new full size stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

This amazing house also sits on a 10,000 square foot lot so there is plenty of parking for family and friends.

The property is within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, a grocery store, the beach boardwalk, and bait shop. You truly do not need a car as there is also a local free beach ride service that operates for tips only or you can catch the trolley one block away on Gulf Blvd. The trolley will take you from the northern tip of Clearwater Beach to the southern tip of Pass-A-Grille Beach and even east to downtown St Petersburg, home to the MLB Tampa Bay Rays, the Dali Museum, the only permanent Dale Chilhuly exhibit and many fine dining and shopping experiences.

Closer to home, John's Pass Village is less than a mile, with a host of entertainment options including Bubba Gump, The Friendly Fisherman, Waltz Fish Shack, The Hut and Scully's- with live entertainment, and a fresh seafood market on the water. There is so much to do for all ages and interests to include water sports and a 9 hole golf course around the corner.

This is our duplex private home. You get away from a mix-use 'condo feel' and can make our home your home and enjoy the comforts of your own driveway and private dock.

Enjoy catching fresh fish and crab on our dock. Our waterview is a quite no wake zone, with direct views across to the gulf boulevard beach strip. Evening lights and fireworks are second to none!

Beach fireworks 4 times per year that can be seen from our back dock!

Upstairs unit was perfect -- super clean and loved the full kitchen and modern bathroom.

Nice place.

The owner is very nice and helpful to ensure our stay was great. Although the picture shown is not the actual place we rented, it is a picture of their apartment with their pool. The studio apartment is on the other side of the building. The owner did gives us permission to use their pool, and to use any equipment, such as fishing poles, sun umbrellas, beach bikes, BBQ grill and beach towels. He (owner) also allowed us to use their dock to tie up our boat. I would give them 5 stars, but was a bit deceived on the posted picture is of their house with the pool, and not the actual studio apartment we were renting. The place was very clean, close to the beach and dining.

Nice place to stay just a few things I would change.

The place itself is nice. The bedroom is very, very bright in the morning. The white blinds don't do much to block out light. It's also very noisy between the birds out on the waterway and the treasure island public works vehicle getting started at 7am across the water. So if you need dark and quiet like I do to sleep you may have trouble. Of course this isn't the owners fault, it's just the location. Also the beds are on rollers and every time you get up they move around. I will say some of the bedding and towels had some stains on them. You can tell they were washed and more of a permanent stain, but if it was me, I would just throw out the linens and replace them. I did run some stuff through the washer just to be sure they were clean. The place itself is not bad and a great deal for the location. I would like to see some new darker blinds to keep out the light and new linens. Otherwise this place was great.

Definitely home away from home

I cannot rave enough about this rental and the owners. We have had nothing but the best hospitality since we pulled in the drive way. Room had AC running after we lugged our stuff inside. Sunsets and view from dock is breath taking. This room is perfect for a couple or two friends. We had beds pushed together to make a king bed and slept comfortably. Kayaks were also wonderful to use in the bay. Beach acces is one road up, if you take very little convent to walk. This home is located perfectly to access other areas outside of TI. I will for sure be back and recommending this to everyone. Full kitchen, updated bathroom, comfy bed, and a beautiful view - what more do ya need??? Can't wait to come back

Paradise on the gulf coast

Mike and Michelle have made a wonderful comfortable retest right in the heart of treasure island. They provided helpful suggestion and recommendation to enhance our visit. They also had a wonderful welcome gift basket to enjoy on our stay. We were able to tie the boat up to there dock which was so convient for our stay. They provided everything you could have possibly needed and we very helpful but also allowed us our privacy. Would definitely stay again.
