Stunning views and easy beach access make this waterfront (2,600 sq ft living space, 3,000 sq ft total, 3 bedroom / 3 bath) Townhome perfect for families and close friends. This property is truly best of the beach and the bay.
Feel right at home with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, outdoor grill, Wifi and cable TV, washer/dryer, and garage parking.
Venture out to our world-famous white-sand beaches, great restaurants (including our pick for the best Grouper sandwich in Florida), charming shops, local fish-market, and colorful beach bars, all within a short walk.
The townhouse sleeps up to 10 people. There are 3 formal bedrooms on the third floor, each with a high-end queen size memory foam bed. To expand sleeping option for larger groups, there is a 4th full bed on the second floor next to the kitchen, and we can provide 2 roll out cots with linens upon request.
SNOW BIRDS: Rates are discounted for multi-week stays.

This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is waterfront with absolutely stunning, wide, water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, enjoy water sports on the bay or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.
With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this townhouse. Our most recent updates include new living room and master bedroom furniture.
On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.
The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully-appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.
The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.
There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go. We expect Wahoo's to re-open in Spring/Summer 2025!

Everything about this place was perfect, from the description of the property in the listing, to the location of the property. The view of the bay was unbeatable and the walk to the beach was barely a block. We hated leaving, but will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was very open and had great views of the bay! We saw a few dolphins and had some birds visit. Enjoyed all the balcony choices out back and the front. Recommend a stay here, especially if you want to be away from the more populated beaches. The beach was a short walk across the street. Great sunset!
This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Location is great as on the inlet and can see dolphins in the morning and at night. Just a few streets away from the beach, close walking distance and ease. Townhouse is clean and well stocked. We will be back again!

Even closer proximity to beautiful bay/intracoastal waters.Home has great amenities and everything you need.Indeoendent coffee shop within a five minute walk. Great location. Inlet behind the house had about 5 dolphins every morning. Property is close to a good number of restaurants.
House was very spacious and worked out great for us.

This townhome is right on the bay. We saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Lots of restaurants nearby nad a trolley stop right out front for trips to clearwater beach or Johns Pass.

Perfect combo of bay and ocean. You do have to cross a busy street… and I would recommend more dishes. Plates and bowls- and even some plastic items would be helpful
Enjoyed Thanksgiving week in style. Beach Golf and a wonderful home base. Two of three children now live in Tampa-Bay so spending Thanksgiving in the area was perfect. Perhaps we will return as we really like the property.

Good location, close to the beach. Watched dolphins and manatee from balcony. Outdated, but lots of potential!! Ants in kitchen, upstairs bathroom, etc. No AC in master bedroom, poor airflow. The rest of the home seemed ok. Dock(s) not useable. Communication with property manager was not timely.

Krista, we are sorry that you had to deal with ants. We hope that when we sent the pest control person out as soon as you informed us of the issue that it resolved the issue. Unfortunately, bugs and Florida go together like beach and sand but we strive to be as prompt as possible with addressing any issues!
Excellent property and location. Clean and pictures on Vrbo accurate. View of the bay off lanai was perfect and full of wild life. Only drawback was the amount of steps every day - about 20 from garage level to living room and another 25 from living room to bedrooms. Elevator in condo but not accessible by renters. Also, condo is dog friendly but city is not.
Super spacious townhome, clean and wonderfully located. Short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Gorgeous views of the bay from the balconies. Plenty of seating in the living and dining room for a big group. Only dings....beds are soft, kitchen Teflon pans are pretty worn. On the plus side, lots of beach equipment left by others even though rental agreement does not guarantee this. We'd definitely book again!
Although across a Main Street the access to the beach was easy & close enough to go back & forth. Love all the balconies & being on the bay was relaxing. Plenty of kitchen space & nice cookware, things such as spices, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods & liquid remade instead of being thrown away. Nice bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Only 2 negatives were the stairs and the dock in the photos was gone most likely from the hurricane but don’t recall that being mentioned in the description. But once you get all your luggage up those steps.it wasn’t a big issue.

Our HOA intends to rebuild them but as you can imagine, construction progress is slow in the area with the high demand for living spaces to be rebuilt. We will make a note to update the description. Lovely location on the bay plus fresh fish market right next door. $3 margaritas at Seabreeze next door was also great. Many restaurants/bars are walkable. Trolley to John's Pass was an affordable way to get there. Short drive to Clearwater & St. Pete's. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Saw lots of birds in the backyard & an occasional dolphin! Updating is getting there - the shower grout could use a good scrubbing & balconies need some work but overall clean & spacious.
We are a blended family and this was our first vacation with all our kids and grandkids. The townhome was perfect for as many people as we had staying. Beach access was directly across the street. The beach community at Redington Shores is quiet and the beach wasn’t packed with too many people. We were able to fish from the backyard in the bay and watched a family of dolphins every morning come close to the docks. Only thing I’d really change is have curtains or long blinds for the living room. It could be really bright during the morning. Overall, it was a great place for vacation. We’d stay again.

Nice property
This was a nice property and had plenty of room for our family of 6. No garage door opener was a bit of an inconvenience as someone had to always get out and go in to open the door. The 74 minimum temp on the air conditioner was not cool enough for upstairs bedrooms.
