Two miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, this ground floor condo offers convenience, privacy, and contemporary furnishing all within a safe and quiet neighborhood.

The interior was recently renovated with new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new tile, paint and shower/tub. The sliding doors you see in the photos were added to allow light and privacy for additional overnight guests.

BEDROOM:

The master bedroom offers a new a new pillow top mattress with firm support and is draped in stylish sheets. Pillows for the side sleeper and pillows for the 'face up' sleeper create the perfect nights rest. There is a Twin size inflatable bed if you have an additional guest. Two people can sleep on this bed. If you have additional guests, there is a fold down couch that sleeps two, and an additional air mattress.

LIVING ROOM:

The living area has a full size couch. There is also a42' flat screen HD TV, blu-ray player with streaming capabilities. The WIFI wireless router is powerful enough that you can stream video on your laptop or tablet. You may never want to leave the condo!

The 'sky light' room offers a quaint sitting and work space area. There is a comfortable full length leather couch added that folds down into a full size bed. The artworks are original acrylic paintings are mine, taken from my galleries to adorn the walls of the condo.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is stocked with gorgeous plate settings, chef's knives and all the cookware you need amongst an assortment of kitchen gadgetry. Small appliances include a blender, an electric grill, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a beautiful array of artist made pottery. Immerse your breakfast cereal in original art!

PATIO:

Have your breakfast out on the charming, Moroccan inspired private patio. The iron grills on the 'windows' you see are from a historic desert prison.

NEIGHBORS: You are surrounded by three other Casitas. They are occupied by lovely families who are happy to share their favorite restaurant or help you with directions.

PARKING: Your designated covered parking space is not far from your front door; making it convenient to roll in luggage or shopping bags.

DOGS: Your non-shedding breed of dog is welcome as long as they are under 18lbs, well behaved, and over 4 years old (additional fee).

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE: This is a first floor unit with no stairs. The shower has handicap handrails. The toilet is a standard height (not handicap). There is a shower transfer bench and wheel chair upon request. There is a short step down into the patio and a 2 inch high threshold with a home-made ramp on the front door.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The complex is simple and quiet. You may see friendly neighbors with their dogs, but you probably won't see many people unless you go to the pool area. There are two nice grills and the pool, a spa and a kiddie pool. Walking along the busy street of Indian School there is public transportation and a bus stop just outside the complex, however I recommend having a car. 3/4 mile West is the grocery store, a great park where it is very nice to bike, walk, golf, fish and people watch.

Why Candice Eisenfeld chose Scottsdale

I chose this property because of its quiet location but close proximity to old-town Scottsdale, easy access to the major freeways and its location within the Complex. It is just 1/2 mile to the Scottsdale greenbelt, Old Town Scottsdale, minuets from Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Tempe Market Place, and golf. Hop on Loop 101 for quick access anywhere in the city.

What makes this condo unique

This is a ground floor unit with an extra bonus room. This bonus room features a couch that can be used as a full size bed for extra guests and an office space. This condo is unique because it is so quiet. There is no one living above you and the walls between you and your neighbors is made out of concrete blocks.

I had so much fun remodeling and decorating!

Very good location just outside the busy downtown core of Scottsdale

Really liked staying in a casita. Private entrance and private outdoor space. Very well equipped ; comfortable for two people. Dealing with Candice was a pleasure. She always responded and acted promptly . Thank you for providing such a comfortable place.

AZ Winter Escape

We spent 2 months at Candice's condo; exploring Scottsdale and the surrounding area (Grand Canyon, Jerome, Sedona, Cottonwood, Cave Creek, Tucson, etc.). The condo is beautiful, well-furnished, clean and very accessible to downtown and Old Town Scottsdale. It is also in walking distance of the greenbelt, a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks. Our two small dogs enjoyed the dog park less than 3 miles away as well as the lovely patio. We enjoyed the pool at the complex and found it a very easy place to be overall for our winter escape. Candice was very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed. We would definitely recommend this place and will return if we visit Scottsdale for an extended stay in the future. Wonderful experience overall...we feel lucky.

Rating our stay in Scottsdale

I gave this property five stars for several reasons. It's very clean, safe and fits our needs to a T. We like to explore the area, and dine in some of the great restaurants in Scottsdale. One aspect I really like is when dealing with Candice everything is up front. You can count on her to provide what she says in the contract.......................Great experience.

A good experience

We had a great time at this very comfortable, well appointed home in the Scottsdale area. The owner is very responsive; everything was as advertised and we would visit again the next time we vacation in the Phoenix area. Many golf courses a short drive away. Had a great side trip for some hiking in Sedona. Candice is well organized and thoughtful in the way she set up the condo. Many nice touches in the details that made our stay easier. We

appreciated her maps, instructions and guides. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. My son, who lives in the area also commented how impressed he was with the condo. We want to come again!!

WOW!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Scottsdale and to this Casita. The owner, Candice is wonderful, helpful and was extremely accessible. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a personalized note, bottle of wine and candy. The Casita was stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed that we basically had the pool to ourselves! The Casita is quiet and Old Town is down the street. We made a day trip to Sedona (2.5 hours one way). Well done and thank you for your hospitality!!
