Condo had a great location, although the construction of a large hotel is in the process of being built and there is some noise, but it’s not a deal breaker. View from balcony of beach was nice. Condo itself, although a bit dated, was very clean. Newer appliances in kitchen, big screen tv in living room with a large selection of channels available. Pool and beach access very convenient. Would return and rent again .

My husband and I stayed here for a week and really appreciated the location. We were able to watch the Thunder at Cocoa Beach boat races and rocket launches from the balcony. Beach access was super convenient and we enjoyed the pool.

Loved my stay here!

My family and I stayed in Cocoa Beach and loved this condo. It was very spacious, the balcony is a cool spot to hang, and is located in a nice, centric part of town - close to everything we had planned to do! Beach access was also a plus. I would stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this condo during the week of the Fourth of July in Cocoa Beach, FL! The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, which ensured we had restful nights after fun-filled days. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach! There was construction going on next door as stated but it did not affect our stay, and honestly you couldn’t even hear them from the inside.

Wonderful relaxing time

We stayed just for a short vacation (Thursday - Monday) we had a wonderful time and the location was perfect for a relaxing time. Close to stores, close to restaurants. The building itself was well maintained and 100% clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We will be returning to this location.

Comfortable 4 days near the beach , all you need is here Just needs to replace the chairs for the beach . They have done there time ,rusted and falling a part . Close to everything and just far enough from pier for piece and quiete . I would come back anytime .

Love the property, the small town, and the beach. The owners need to update these bathrooms. They are clean but quite old and run down. That was not clear in the photos. They need to be updated.

Not too bad!

This condo is on the older side with not many updates to it and some maintenance needs with corner plastic covers coming off, sliding closet doors not working properly, and broken fans. Curtains would be nice in bedrooms(there are blinds) but alot off light still comes in. We did have a great week and it served it purpose. There is construction right next to it which we were told about so just fyi on that. The pool and hot tub was great only wished it stayed opened a little bit longer at night. If you are particular about linens bring you own, they were a little scratchy but the price was right and it was a decent condo!

Relaxing Beach Time!

We were able to have a lot of beach time, the beach in front of the condo was covered by a public life guard during the day, a plus. There was a night launch of SpaceX falcon 9 which was exciting to see from our balcony. This place was close to several restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and as described. There is construction going on so you need to be careful but it didn’t dampen the stay. I recommend this condo.

Excellent location, great value!

My family of 3 enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach at Dave’s condo. You can tell they have made some updates to the condo, and it is overall very nice. Loved the large balcony and views. Perfect location on the beach, and pool area looked nice (we didn’t have time to use it). My only feedback would be that the sheets/ bedding in the master bedroom could really be replaced. We found them scratchy and pilled. Refrigerator was dated, but worked. Overall for a few hundred dollars they could make just a couple more updates to make it a top notch place to stay.

Plumbing issue

When we checked in we were told the master bathroom toilet wasn’t working. We had to be gone for the day while it was fixed. It was an inconvenience! The manager Kathy was very kind in communicating the problem.

Cocoa beach getaway

Great condo and great location. The view is amazing. Loved being able to hear the ocean at night with the windows open. Condo needs some updating. Master bathroom vanity on the ground is damaged. Was peeling paint in the condo. A couple nights there were a few small ants in the counter. Think they were coming up from a crack on the counter. Can see screws in the ceiling. Easy access to the beach, but did not know we needed a key for the gate. Not the condo owners issue, but there was dog feces on the ground, near the elevator. Texted building manager as their number was listed. They said they’d contact someone, but feces was still there a day later. Never used pool or hot tub, but looked nice. Felt safe. Condo was very clean. Just need to fix some of the things mentioned above. Would definitely stay again though!

Elevator Did Not Function 5 of 7 days. Major construction noise

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not functioning elevator Monday thru Saturday. Seven floors to go up and down, impossible for my husband recuperating from major illness. Can’t go for a quick walk on beach, or use hot tub, or carry groceries luggage up and down! Large condo, good beds, tvs, couldn’t use balcony because of pounding construction until after dark!
