The home is located on 16 private acres of tranquil horse pasture, with a trout filled natural fishing lake. Catch & Release ONLY
This is the perfect mountain retreat for family time... reunions, retreats, and special occasions. However, we do NOT allow weddings or parties. Just close enough to Park City to be convenient, but far enough away that you are not in the midst of that hustle, bustle, traffic, and confusion... you may decide to never leave!
Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons Resorts are only a short drive away. The Weber River, an acclaimed fly fishing river, is only 1/2 mile away. There is fly fishing, river rafting, mountain hiking, road and mountain biking, horse back riding... all just minutes away.
Our family left Park City (after over 30 years), when we found this beautiful piece of horse property in the beautiful and tranquil Kamas Valley. We have now built our dream vacation ranch home. Come enjoy the dream.
This "Mountain Contemporary Ranch'" home... was designed by the renowned Architect: Michael Upwall. The home sleeps up to 22, all in beds.
The home has a Gourmet Kitchen for the Master Chef... top of the line Viking Appliances and all the cooking tools (BUT, the magnificent panoramic views may make it hard to keep on cooking). There is an upstairs kids game room (air hockey, Foosball, X Box, game tables), and an Adults Sports Bar area. Six beautiful bedrooms (all with/ King Beds, and 2 Masters)... PLUS a kid's bunk room that sleeps 10 kids, (two per full, one per twin). Perfect for 2, 3, 4 or 5 families to use for those special family times. We built it to accommodate our own large family (7 kids, 9 grand-kids, 4 spouses). So, if you aren't there, we likely are, when we use the house about 25% of the time. When we come to Oakley we use all of the beds... and then some. It is all about fun times, laughter and games... with family and friends here.
Huge Great Room, with a 22' tall stone fireplace, 80 inch TV, over-sized 46 inch deep Restoration Hardware leather couches, and seating for 16, or more.
Outside: OH WHAT VIEWS!... where there is a 12 person Hot Tub, Viking BBQ, 70 inch LED TV, covered dining area, fire pit, entry is lined with spectacular fire pots... and then all surrounded by your own private spectacular trout fishing lake, with two rock waterfalls.
The property is located on a private gated lane, situated on 16 acres of serene and beautiful horse pasture, all with 360 degrees of mountain peaks. Occasionally, you can even see the areas wildlife (deer and elk) while outside fishing in the pond, relaxing in the hot tub, walking with the horses on the acreage, or dining around the fire pit. We also have an acre of green grass... for family sports and games, and an in-ground trampoline.
The convergence of mountains, horse pastures, streams, and cowboy culture all meet here in Oakley. We are just far enough away from Park City (only 22 minute drive... if roads are clear) to conveniently get into Old Town to dine at world class restaurants, party at Sundance Film Festival, or have a day of skiing and snowboarding. Then a short easy drive back home to the Twilight Moon Ranch.
If you want some country, sitting around the camp fire as the suns sets to the West, while staying in a beautiful new ranch home... this may be your place.
While we love it in the winter... it may be even better in summer and fall!
The Twilight Moon Ranch is a beautiful setting for a family reunion/retreats, or that perfect ski vacation with family and friends.
I can help set up many services for you. In home massages, Yoga, skeet shooting, horseback riding, Dog sledding, snow shoeing , skiing, elk hunting, etc.....

About Jenny Campbell, Owner of the Twilight Moon Ranch
The Campbell family has been in, and around, the beautiful Oakley/Kamas valley for 5 generations. In 2014, when this 16 acres of old ranch horse property, became available... we jumped on it. We then built the Twilight Moon Ranch house, for our own family.... 7 Kids, 9 grandkids (so far). We meet at The Ranch every year with the whole clan; and the in-laws and out-laws. Thirty at Thanksgiving, this year. If you want a place for peace and tranquility with family and friends, this is it. We built it that way for our own family... and we are now sharing it with you,

My wife and I joined some extended family and friends at Twilight Moon Ranch (TMR) two weekends ago and had an absolute blast. It was our first trip to the property and we cannot wait to go back. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends to spend their time together, while also enjoying spacious personal (and private) accommodations. The house is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home and comfortable in the common areas and Great Room, especially. Upstairs there's a living room with games and a bedroom with bunk beds for the younger ones, and the backyard has a large jacuzzi for everyone to enjoy. On our trip, we got fresh snow so we went skiing in Park City, which was an easy 15-minute drive or so, and also went back the following day to walk Main Street and get lunch. Within a mile of TMR is a place to go sledding, hills to snowshoe, and paths for cross-country skiing. It really has something for everyone and we cannot wait to get back there.
We enjoyed having your family at the Ranch. Glad you got fresh powder on your trip. Hope to see you back soon.
Most Amazing Place Ever
Twilight Moon Ranch gets a 10+++. The house was amazing, clean, and the decor was out of Restoration Hardware. The layout of the house was well thought out and accommodated our large group of adults, teens, and babies. There is something for everyone at TMR. We had fun with the air hockey table, the Foosball table and all of the fun game tables upstairs in the game/family room. Located on 16 acres we had a blast fishing out of our own trout pond. It was so much fun watching our little ones catch a fish for the first time! The owner, Jenny was super responsive and great to work with. Her house manager Tom was great and available at a moments notice. I can't wait to visit Twilight Moon Ranch again. It is my favorite of all of the VRBO homes we have rented over the years.
Amazing Accomadations for Large Families
We were extremely happy with our stay at TMR. The home and property lends itself to large families. When the kids were upstairs enjoying family competitions on the Wii and air hockey table, everyone downstairs could still enjoy their laughter and cheers while preparing dinners or sitting by the fireplace. The kitchen was a gourmet cook's dream with absolutely everything one would need to prepare meals for their family. It was a real treat for us Floridians to have a wood burning fireplace that had plenty cut firewood to last us months if we needed after a long day of skiing. Jenny has done a marvelous job providing everything her guests could hope for. We were especially grateful for all the recommendations for services, family activities, restaurants and all the little secrets and hints only a local could know. We look forward to returning to this wonderful home and property.
Thank you for the kind review. We appreciated the way your family took care of our home like it was your own. We are glad you had a wonderful stay. We hope to see you back at TMR soon.
Amazing Accommodations for Large Families
What a wonderful experience our family of 16 enjoyed over our Christmas ski vacation at TMR. Jenny and her family have ensured TMR has everything we would possibly need to make our stay outstanding. My family loved the open floor plan that allowed our large group to always feel like we were together. Even when the kids were playing the Wii and playing air hockey upstairs, we could enjoy their laughing and fun, family competitions while cooking dinner or enjoying the wood burning fire place downstairs. The kitchen is well appointed and made it easy to make meals for our large family. The large, beautiful, yard allowed our children to enjoy a lot of outside time playing in the snow and visiting the horses. We were also very appreciative of the great recommendations for restaurants, kids' activities, sledding locations, grocery delivery, masseurs, and the little secrets that Jenny shared about the area that only locals would know. We look forward to returning to stay at this beautiful property.
What a gorgeous property. Our family of 22 stayed here. It was so comfortable and had everything you need. The family room doors open up to the most amazing views. We fished for trout in our own private lake. While sitting outside we listened to the waterfalls and wildlife. We went to Park City a few times which is only 20 minutes away but couldn't wait to get back to the house. Nobody ever wanted to leave the property. We will for sure be back.
Great vacation home.
We just spent a week at this amazing property in Oakley, Utah ... What a great vacation. We went there with a few families to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home is beautiful, well appointed and very large. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or just some waffles for breakfast. The surrounding property and views are gorgeous. There is so much to do that will suit all ages. We skied, hiked, shopped, fished and went snowmobiling, just to name a few. I highly recommend booking a trip here, anytime of year would be great.
