THE VIEW FROM THIS CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL. THE COMPLEX IS QUIET AND RELAXING. MOST UNITS ARE OCCUPIED BY THE OWNERS. VERY CONVENIENT TO ALL PARTS OF THE EAST COAST WHETHER YOU WANT TO TRAVEL NORTH TO AMELIA ISLAND/FERNANDINA OR SOUTH TO ST. AUGUSTINE, DAYTONA OR ORLANDO
