Chris Williams purchased this house in 1994
This house is in Walking Heaven, with lots of nearby businesses, friendly neighbors and green parks. Queen Anne residents joke that they never leave their neighbor-- I seldom need to!
I love my house: a small 1909 Craftsman (boys wore knickerbockers and boots and the house was lit by gas when the first residents moved in), with inlaid wooden floors and a quiet patio.
This cozy home is far more beautiful than the photos show. Amazing wood floors and just a great over-all vibe. And the location -- atop Queen Anne -- is excellent. We walked pretty much everywhere -- all over the neighborhood. A great place to land in a great Seattle location. And owner Chris was easy to work with from the get-go. Definitely recommend. Hope to return.
