About the property

2 bedroom 1 bath waterfront home 5 minutes to intercoastal waters

This tastefully decorated, 2 Bedroom/1 bath waterfront mobile home on a deep water canal, is 5 minutes to intercoastal waters in St. James City. This home has an open floor plan with a large eat-in kitchen and a living room with a corner office area overlooking the side and backyards. Both bedrooms have new queen size beds and the master has large his/hers closets. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large 4 foot shower; we also have a laundry area with a large stackable washer/dryer. There are plenty of windows to enjoy the Florida sunshine and the coastal breezes. Enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking the water or the screened in front porch. This home has an 8000 lb. boat lift, so feel free to bring your boat with you. No boat, no problem, you can fish right off the dock or sit and watch the dolphins and manatees play. We are located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with some of the best fishing around. By boat we are just minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and Boca Grande. By car we are a short drive to Matlacha, Cape Coral & Fort Myers. We are a turn-key rental, complete with linens & towels, kitchen items and BBQ grill.

About Troy & Shelley Creasy

Capt. Troy and his wife Shelley, live in upstate NY and own/operate High Adventure Sportfishing Charter/Guide Service. We decided that we had enough of the brutal winters and started looking for places in Florida to spend the winter months. We picked St. James City on Pine Island because of the outstanding off-shore and back water fishing. After 4 years of renting we decided to buy our own place to use and to rent for others to enjoy.

Troy & Shelley Creasy purchased this mobile home in 2014

Why Troy & Shelley Creasy chose Pine Island

After looking at several properties that were for sale, we decided on this home because of the convenient location to intercoastal waters. This home came with a boat lift and enough dockage for a second boat. We can walk out the back door, jump on our boat and be fishing in less than 5 minutes for Snook, Reds, Sheepshead, Sharks, and much more. We have spent Jan., Feb. & March of 2015, renovating our home. We have freshly painted the entire interior, renovated the bathroom, put new flooring in the kitchen, bedrooms & bathroom and updated the furniture. On the exterior we have cleaned up the landscaping, remove a dilapidated shed, added sod, stained the decks and dock, painted the trim and replaced the electrical pole. It has been a labor of love and we plan on continuing the updates as time permits

What makes this mobile home unique

We love St. James City for the quiet, peaceful, relaxing, old style Florida community. Everyone is friendly, helpful and watches out for each other.

What a wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

This place is perfect for a small family or couple. We had a great time. The owners are so down to earth and friendly to talk with. I would think if anyone ever has anything they complain about here, I will assume they didn't reach out to the owners first. They show sincere concerns that you make their home your home. We're already planning to go back in 2 months and use this place again.

perfect in april

  • 5 of 5

Just as advertised, nicely decorated, clean and has what you need to enjoy your stay. The owners are easy to deal with and really care about there home and guests. I would recommend this place to anyone. The fishing is close, the beaches or outer islands are in sight. And to top it all off the neighbors are very friendly . Put all that with a great location on a nice wide canal and you have all the making of a great time on pine island.

Relaxing and Inviting

  • 5 of 5

We stayed a week here in march. Right away I felt that we stepped into a tropical getaway. Decorated nice, area also neat and quiet. Very clean, had everything we needed, loved it. Owners great to work with. This was our second trip to Pine Island, so much to do or just relax. I would recommend this to anyone.

Fishing in Paradise

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I spent a weekend here early last March. The place was neat as a pin, charmingly decorated in the island style and spotless. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet but near lots of quaint antique, clothing and art shops. The property is on a beautiful canal leading out into Pine Island Sound-very close to great fishing, shelling, dolphin-and-wildlife watching. We had a wonderful time and are planning on returning next winter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this charming spot.
