  • Great week

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, wonderful place to eat meals on the lanai. We had a rough start: impossible to get a taxi on Sanibel on a Sunday (you have to reserve in advance), so no way to go get our rental car at Hertz and to do groceries! Rob from Sanibel Vacations saved our day; he came to get us and drove us to the garage and gave us a lot off tips. He was wonderful, we are so grateful. The rest of the week was paradise. My only suggestion for the condo is to reduce the number of fake flowers because they collect dust and I'm allergic. Also, this is not a place to arrive at 1 AM as we did (our plane was delayed). First we had a hard time with the lock to obtain the key to the unit, then, when we arrived during the night and all was dark, we had a hard time finding the unit and the front door! The units are in a horseshoe shape and entrances are inside the horseshoe. After all these initial challenges, we had a wonderful time!!"

  • Best Condo Rental Ever!

"Wow! This condo was the best equipped condo ever! It had everything from location, location, location to a perfectly equipped kitchen and HUGE dining table. We rented two condos because our family is huge but this condo was our go-to to for gathering together for meals. It was stocked with great beach toys for the kids and family games for the evenings. It truly had everything anyone could want plus it was a very short trip to the beach and/or pool. I couldn't recommend it higher and would love to return again next week. It is an all time favorite and being on the first floor was the icing on the cake. It has a lovely little screened in porch and access to a gas grill for those steaks in the evening after a day at the beach!"

  • Great week on Sanibel !

"Overall it was a great week. There were a couple of very minor issues-1) the oven needs to be cleaned- it smoked badly the first time we used it. 2) a few more supplies would have been helpful:toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry powder & paper towels. Just a couple more of each would have saved us money. We had to buy more than we needed. Otherwise, we had a great time at this property !!"

  • Unit D203. Has had some updates could use a few more

"Kitchen newly remodeled. Needs new dishwasher, only because of squeaky door. Bathrooms have had some updating could use some more. King sized bed is comfortable but hard. Is quite squeaky when used a certain way!!!. Twin beds ok. We did not use pull out in living room but it did not look that comfortable. Plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Property is old but kept up very nice Pool was warm, clean, and large. More than enough lounges. Very nice. Walk to beach is short (500 yds). Beach is nice, not great. No bars or much of anything else on beach. If you like quiet it is for you. To the north there are not even any houses on the beach, just natural. Island anemities are nice but expensive. Some very cool restaurants in Captiva. Traffic is slow. Leave early."
