Fully Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ranch style house
with central heat and air conditioning, Internet/WIFI during summer months, (2) TV's, DVD player,
VCR, Washer/Dryer, Full kitchen, with Dishwasher and
Microwave, Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Dining area with plenty of cooking and dining items to use (dishes,
glassware, pots & pans, utensils, etc.) There is also an Outdoor Charcoal Grill
The house is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just a few blocks from the beach and the new Swain Cut bridge on a quiet street just south of the Intracoastal waterway. There is a screened porch sitting area on the south side of the house.

Everything was great. Very clean. Our only complaint was that they need more lighting in family and dining areas. Love the quietness of the area. Will definitely come back!

We loved the house! It was convenient to the beach. Screened in porch for enjoying morning coffee. Comfortable king size bed. We brought our own pillows and do recommend if you’re picky about pillows for sleeping. Plenty of room for a family, but there were just two of us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bill was easy to work with and updated us before our stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. We loved Oak Island. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful. We enjoyed the house, it fit our needs very well. Would be happy to return again in the future.

Very cozy

We enjoyed the stay... it was so quiet and relaxing that we fell asleep a lot. Bill was a great host, he did reply promptly with our concerns.

Oak island getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The property is in a great location on a quiet street. A short drive brings you to the beach, shopping, and groceries. Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and was everything we needed! So relaxing and felt like home! We didn't mind not having a TV in our bedroom, the kids did have one in theirs which I thought was a great idea for when we were at the home. We had rented a golf cart and enjoyed the ride around to the shops and the beach as well. Thank you Bill for providing us with a home away from home! I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking to get away to Oak Island :)

Family Vacation and a wedding!!

Love this house! We had a wedding at North Myrtle Beach but refuse to stay anywhere but Oak Island. This was the first trip that my mother was with us since my father passed away last year. She had never been to Oak Island but fell in love with it just as we have. Bill answered all my question, and was wonderful. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch when we where at the house. Can not say enough good things about this house and the owner. We will differently rent again!!

Lovely Rental

The owner allowed us to check in early which was fabulous. The house has a spacious living area and plenty of seating around the dining room table. I appreciate when a rental has enough seating at the table for the amount of people that rent the house. The outside front porch and the screened in porch were well used. The kitchen was stocked with most of the items we needed. A few more larger pots would have been appreciated since we cook every night in the house. There is a large pantry where you can store your food that you bring and the washer and dryer were great. Any issues we had the owner fixed immediately. We had internet issues but apparently the entire area does. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was great to work with and the drive to the beach was short.

Needs some deep cleaning

Pro:Home was located in a nice neighborhood and only a few miles from the beach. Con: Home was clean on the surface but in desperate need of deep cleaning, very dusty, had to vacuum under beds, couch was covered in stains and we had to vacuum under cushions which by the looks had not been done in a long time. Needs some TLC!!!

Nice place

We came for a short girls time to celebrate a birthday. House was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of room for the 4 of us. We used the screened porch every night. If you like walking it’s a nice walk to the beach or a few minute drive. Kitchen was stocked good (even though we didn’t use much of it). Owner was awesome to communicate with.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and nice layout

Five minutes from the beach and the screen porch is a big plus. We very much enjoyed our stay and the neighbors are great. I would, however prefer a tv in all bedrooms.

Amazing

We had an amazing experience! Perfect location. Close proximity to food, grocery stores, and most importantly the beach. The property manger was amazing with quick responses. The internet was out upon arrival (as much as we wished to not need it, my husband had college classes to still attend during our stay) and Bill promptly helped with getting a technician out. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of 6.

Great vacation

The house was furnished beautifully, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the screened in porch. The only downside was having to drive a few minutes to the beach and we really would have liked an outside shower because of all the sand but overall it was a great place yo stay. Very satisfied!
