We are making some positive changes to our unit. The unit received a new Smart TV in 2014. The sleeper sofa, lounge chair, coffee table and bar stools were replaced before the 2015 ski season. We sleeper sofa has an upgraded 5" foam mattress.

When you stay here, you'll enjoy the luxury of The Quicksilver chair lift being right outside your door and you'll only be steps away from ski school. Making this unit perfect for friends, families and new skiers.


This condo sleeps 2-4 comfortably. It’s a great place to unwind after a hard day of playing in the mountains. With the cozy decor and the large picture window, allowing for a lot of natural light, you will feel right at home. And you won't miss the amazing sunrises over Baldy Mountain.

The full size kitchen has a wrap around bar and modern amenities including a dishwasher. It's large enough to make a holiday meal. Don't worry we didn't forget the coffee pot!

The bathroom is conveniently separated into three private rooms (shower, sinks and toilet) so multiple people can get ready at once; instead of one person hogging the space.


You won’t need to worry about renting a car when staying at our Liftside condo. It's only a half block walk to downtown. Airport shuttles will get you to and from Denver International to Breckenridge without the hassle of driving. Plus, a free shuttle stops right across the street in Breckenridge to get you around Summit County and to 3 other major ski resorts: Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin.

We live in Colorado and are Summit County Enthusiasts. Skiing Summit County is our primary weekend activity during the winter and we enjoy spending time hiking and fishing throughout Colorado in the summer. We love Breckenridge and we hope you do too.

Why Toby Babich / Lauretta Babich chose Breckenridge

This is the best location in Breckenridge. In the winter it's great for couples and families alike, since it's right at the base of the Quicksilver Chair lift, the ease of mtn access is amazing. It's also right next to ski school and you don't need a car when you come here. Free shuttles will take to most places in Summitt County. In the summer this location is idea. It's a half block from main street so it's easy walking to resturants and shops. All this in a great ski town.

What makes this condo unique

In the summer months the farmers market is right out the front door on the weekends. Also we love how close it is to everything downtown and we use it as a homebase for hiking, skiing, fishing and more. We love walking to Cool River Coffee for some morning pastries and a cup of coffee.

Great Fit!

This was exactly what my wife and I were looking for to stay a couple nights in Breckenridge. The studio was located a block off of the downtown strip, so it was very convenient. The communication between the owners were very good! I have to be honest it ticks me off when other owners try to jab you with a cleaning fee if you stay less than three nights! Not the case for this owner and we appreciate that. Pictures are accurate and the place was CLEAN. Yes it is small, but that is why they call it a "studio". The outside of the the building has been all remolded and looks nice.

The only thing that could improve is for the key service to have better signage out front of their business. We had GPS so that really helped

We would stay again if the opportunity arises. Just one other word of advice and that is as a renter treat the property like it was your own and then owners can offer their condos at affordable rates. We would also recommend Mi Casa which is a restaurant right across the street. Great happy hour specials.

You deal directly with the owners who are very accommodating. The location is really great as it literally takes no more than a 5 minute walk from the lobby to the QuickSilver Super 6 Lift from where you can easily navigate your way to the other lifts. Regular size fridge and freezer made it easy to store all of our food. The place taken cared of and not one of those run down ghetto places. Heated garrage is a big plus as you don't want to leave your vehicle outside just to dig it out when you are ready to leave. Sports bar right outside the lobby and shopping is around the corner. They even have a resturant guide that does deliveries if you don't want to cook and look for a place to eat.

What a great place to sta...

What a great place to stay. In our party were 3 adults and 1 child. The three separate rooms for bath/shower, toilet and sinks helped us a lot. There was enough room to unpack and have clothes in drawers instead of living out of a suitcase. How good it was to have a huge fridge-freezer to store our food for the week. You can check your skis and boards in at the front lobby at no cost. The heated garage is a plus too. The walk to the lift is very short so there was no complaining from the 5 year old!

We thoroughly recommend this place.

The condo was great! There was convenient access to both the slopes as well as the shopping area. The heated garage was a great perk, along with the wonderful amenities that the complex had to offer. We would definately stay again-thanks for everything!

Three of us stayed in Jeff's and Rachel's condo 3/17-3/22/06. The condo unit was well decorated and comfortable. The heated garage was a great bonus along with the hot tubs, steam room and sauna located on the spa level. The slopes are right outside the door and main street breckenridge is less than one block away. We would definitely stay here again.
